Collectors Prints Reviews

Easy to use website, and order arrived promptly and was perfectly packaged

Great service, prompt delivery. I’m delighted with my purchase!

I can only highly recommended Collector Prints. I am delighted with the Ben Jeffrey painting I purchased and the service I received

This was the first time I have ever made a purchase from Collectors Prints. Finding and ordering the piece of artwork I wanted was very straightforward and at a lower price than on any other art dealership site I had visited. Delivery was prompt ( arrived well within the timescale stated) and the item was very well packaged and protected. I would highly recommend Collectors Prints and I'm looking forward to making my next purchase from them in the near future.

Excellent service. Excellent product.

An excellent service from Collectors Prints quick and efficient from ordering to receiving my beautiful print! The packaging was outstanding and free delivery to Northern Ireland! I was updated regarding every stage of delivery. Very competitive price - thank you so much ‘Collectors Prints’

The picture i ordered was meant to be framed but came mounted. After phoning and expalining what had happened, the print was returned and my framed print came on time. I would recommend them for any prints you want to order. They are fantastic.

Great customer service . Kiera told me exactly what would happen and it did . Very pleased with my art work

Good price for my print having looked around online, and very helpful when I rang to get urgent delivery having left buying the picture as a gift to the last minute. Also impressed with how well packaged for post the picture was. Happy to recommend and I will use them again.

as ever Collector Prints came up trumps. Kiera was lovely and helpful and so friendly, she made it special. I love my new print and it has pride of place in my livingroom.

I am afraid I will have to move to a larger house if I partake in buying anymore, they are up the stairs in the bedrooms, in the kitchen, the whole house is full of art... makes me smile. thank you Collectors Prints and always nice a little discount on top for loyal customer service.

Excellent prompt delivery. Very helpful individual, when required for helping with a credit/ voucher to go through.

Excellent customer service.. we were kept informed right from beginning to when our artwork was dispatched…
We are very happy with both the quality of the print and the frame.
Thank you

Excellent service, fast delivery, thank you.

Collectors Prints offered the limited edition print I wanted at a better price than other sites who featured the same artist. They shipped with TNT who made a complete shambles of the delivery but after one phone call Kiera at Collectors Prints sorted everything out for me and arranged a next day delivery with DHL. The mounted print was extremely well packaged and survived its extensive travels in perfect condition. Not just a competitive price but a first rate after-sales service.

The service I received with my purchase was first class, Thank you Kiera for for your assistance
Best wishes Jennie

Kept me informed throughout and arrived in secure packaging. Will definitely order again 😊
