Excellent service

Very easy to order chosen print, kept informed of progress from ordering to delivery, exceptional customer service.

Very easy and nice to work with. We bought a print for our friend’s 50th birthday and they made sure it got to her in time. Thank you!!

Brilliant service. I was kept informed via email several times as there was a slight delay in dispatch. When my painting arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. I honestly couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely be using them again.

The artwork is amazing, really pleased with it.
Top quality and the frame really sets it off, very good communication with Collectors Prints throughout and delivered as promised.
Thank you very much, will definitely use again.

Top class service. The print I ordered had been double sold. Kiera called me to apologise and offered a discount against the upgraded version. The print arrived within 5 days and was very well wrapped. All in all an excellent experience and will certainly purchase again from this company.

Excellent service. I ordered a limited edition print which required prompt delivery. Kiera was very helpful in finding a day that was suitable for delivery, and even made allowance for a change in date. The print arrived as scheduled and was very well packaged. Would highly recommend!

Great communication through the whole process, and the item arrived earlier than expected!

VERY EASY PROCESS TO ORDER ITEMS, DELIVERY WAS WELL WITHIN THE TIME ESTIMATE . VERY WELL WRAPPED , OVERALL VERY GOOD SERVICE.

Very happy with the Service. Delivery was a little stressful, as it wad organised to arrive on a date I was not at home. I would therefore suggest that Collectors Prints check with the Customer first, in order to arrange a date for delivery that is convenient for Customer.

Excellent communication & service all the way & purchase was exactly what we wanted👍

Delighted with the service and with the print. I will definitely use again.

I bought the print for my partner as a late Christmas present. He loves Jack Vettriano and we had admired a number of prints.
Collectors Prints were very responsive to my questions and ensured delivery was on a day that suited me.
The framing service is competitive with other companies and the frame I was able to choose complements the print beautifully.
Overall a really great service.
Thank you 😊

Love it great communication ref delivery really well packed

I wanted an art print I had seen years ago for my wife’s Christmas present. I found it on the Collector’s Prints website. I had excellent customer service as was worried the print wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. The print did arrive before Christmas and this company was absolutely brilliant. Excellent prices, excellent customer service and a speedy delivery. I certainly would recommend them highly.

Collectors Prints offered a good service and a decent price. The choice of frames, discounted price and free delivery picked them out from the rest.
I was a little concerned that I had left my purchase too late for Christmas, but they kept me informed and the picture arrived well in time. We love the picture too.
