Collectors Prints Reviews

As always, a brilliant service

Kiera was wonderful throughout and we love the print.

Thank you so much for your help.

Brilliant service would recommend this website no problems from start to finish

Gorgeous picture excellent customer support

Keira was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my request to buy a print. Her communication was exactly as she stated, and the bonus was the price of the print was less than the other companies I contacted. My framed print is beautiful. Thank you very much

The item I ordered wasn't suitable so had to return it, and I found that the refund was speedy. Kiera my contact at Collectors Prints was always
friendly and very professional.

After deciding to purchase Newcastle Way by Keith Dury as a joint Anniversary gift for my husband and myself from Collectors Prints I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service was second to none from the ordering to delivery. Customer service was fantastic even when we thought we would have to postpone delivery as we were having a few days away they made sure our framed print arrived before we left. We absolutely love our print and it has pride of place on our living room wall. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

After helping through email called to make final purchase. Very helpful and friendly. Will be using again

I bought a beautiful picture at a great price but found it was too big for where I wanted to put it (yes, stupidly my fault). I asked if I could return it and the customer service was superb - can’t fault it. They arranged collection and my money was refunded promptly. I have bought many pictures from Collectors Prints over the years and I’ve always been pleased.

Good delivery and print well packed. The value is excellent.

Always helpful, price matched and good delivery speed.

Considering it was assembled from scratch it came quite quickly and was packaged within an inch of its life! I think it would have had to have been chucked off a motorway bridge to get damaged... Once unpacked I was really impressed with the quality of the print, the quality of the frame and the certificate of authentication. To say I was delighted once hung on my living room wall is an understatement. I can certainly see myself purchasing from Collectors Prints again.

Cheapest place I’d found that sold the piece I wanted. Great delivery and communication. Thanks very much!
