Collectors Prints Reviews

Everything is fine except DHL sent an email telling me delivery would be 17.00 to 19.00 on the day. At 13.10 ish I received a call from the driver asking me where to leave the parcel. I informed of the time and he replied by saying he didn’t know why they told me 17-1900 he finishes at 17.00?
Very poor from DHL WHY TELL A DELIVERY TIME THAT IS NOT FEASIBLE? It was lucky our neighbour was able to receive the parcel.
Having had similar experiences with DHL in the past they have not changed! Hence they cost Collectors Prints a 5 star rating

Happy with everything from order to delivery :-)

Great to deal with and nothing too much trouble. Brilliantly packaged painting that arrived as per agreed date and time so can't fault anything. After sales and follow up was a nice touch and I've already asked that if similar paintings come up for sale that they contact me as I gave no hesitation in buying again from a reputable and knowledgeable dealer, highly recommended.L

Straightforward purchasing and print was framed to a high standard. Excellent packaging.

Love this print ‘Two of a Kind’ , definitely a good idea to go with artists choice for frame too . We now have 4 from her colloand they they all go well together. Prompt delivery , very well packaged for protection and arrived in perfect condition in the time scale stated.

I am absolutely thrilled with the art I ordered for my Mums birthday. It arrived in time, superbly wrapped and secure. Fantastic customer service, with emails updating me on framing times etc. I will definitely be using Collector prints again.

Would definitely recommend this company. Excellent customer service - Kiera was incredibly helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Absolutely fantastic service, kept up to date all the way through my purchase.

Picture arrived in fantastic condition, packaging is second to none.

Thanks

I have given 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received from Kiera. She kept me well informed regarding the shipment of the artwork. Cannot praise her enough. Would recommend Collectors Prints on this basis. Thank you very much Kiera.

I was very pleased with the whole experience of dealing with the office and staff. I had communication with them when it was discovered that a print that was advertised as available - was not. The website was not up to date. Particularly disappointing when i had purchased the print and expected delivery.
Later however after talking to the office and customer service and eventually placing another order - the entire process was smooth, efficient and without any problems at all.
So I am happy to write this review less one star.

Highly satisfied with our first purchase, including product and service, therefore was pleased to purchase another
Delivery was prompt, service as previously experienced and expected.
Will continue to review for our next art work
