If there is even a slight possibility, that you might need to return for a refund, do not order from this company! Returned an item in April, and still waiting to receive my refund in June.
18/3/26 Communication initially was very positive. I had left a dress in the basket when looking online, and I received an email out of the blue from Sarah, saying “We see you are trying to order our maxi dress, would you like any help with sizing or anything else?”
I explained I had missed the expiry date of a discount code, and couldn’t afford the full price garment. She explained that she could offer the discount and sent me a link to pay. I purchased the dress.
1/4/26 - Email received to tell me the dress would be dispatched “next week”
10/4/26 - Dress arrived. Too small. Contacted Sarah for returns information. Informed me that she was out of office, but would send me details later that evening.
13/4/26 Contacted Sarah again, as hadn’t been sent details. Return details received and dress returned via Royal Mail tracking service
01/05/26 Email received acknowledging receipt of return. Informed it would take up to 10 working days for refund to appear in account.
15/5/26 I emailed Sarah to explain I hadn’t received refund.
18/5/26 Email from Sarah, saying accounts should have processed this. No apology. Asked for my account details again.
19/5/26 Email from Sarah, saying accounts will action “this week”
21-22/5/26 Email sent each day, requesting confirmation that it had been processed.
26/5/26 Email received from sarah saying accounts processed the refund “last Thursday” ( 21/5/26)and to allow 5 working days to appear in account.
01/06/26 I emailed Sarah to say I still hadn’t received the refund.
03/06/26 Sarah emailed to say she was out of office but back on Friday (5/6/26) and would look into it. But she didn’t come back to me.
06/06/26 I emailed Sarah again, who informed me she was now away in Portugal, and would come back to me on Monday (8/6/26)
Really poor customer service. I no longer have any trust in this company.

I have been buying from CC for about 4 years now. The designs are unique, the quality fantastic, and communication superb! I recently asked about a tall girl range and she straight away replied to say they can make the trousers longer for me no problem! The delivery is ALWAYS worth the wait, and every time I wear a comino piece everyone asks me where it is from. A really hidden gem of clothing! ❤️

I have just received numerous dresses from Comino and I love them all. They look like they do online - the fabric and zips and good - and they are very flattering on my body shape, which is smaller waist but big bottom. The white dress that looks very Chanelesque got a lot of compliments from my housemates. I cannot wait to wear them out.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I returned my order in May I was told numerous times the refund was processed and would appear in my account within 10 working days. Months later nothing received and all further emails ignored. It’s now August, I had no choice but to contact my bank to make a claim against this dishonest company! AVOID Comino Couture!!!!!!!!

This has been my go to brand for a few years now. I love the clothes although size has been hit and mix.
My issue has been delays in delivering and this has happened twice when ordering items in the sale. I understand sometimes things don’t go to plan however communication has been awful and somehow the experience when things aren’t quite right is horrible. From buying a sale dress on the 17th of June and receiving it in the 13th of august! Having to chase all the time and when I showed disappointment I was warned to not be rude. No rude language had been used !

Paid in full since May 15 and still NOTHING! They keep stalling with excuses. I have all the emails & proof — this is beyond unacceptable!

Absolutely appalling no communication at all I made an order heard nothing so I emailed and received a reply telling me the outfit is custom made so will take longer another week so I waited a week no response emailed and said if it wasn't despatched today I would like a refund the reply was it couldn't be sent so they will issue a refund I had to ask if the refund was immediate as they didn't say I am still waiting what a terrible service this company will not last truly dreadful I have never experienced such poor communication and service ever
