Saves us a lot of time
Saves us a lot of time, but it would be nice if there was some more customization. Our gift card payments go to a clearing account because there is no option to choose another account for these payments for the integration.

The online chat was not helpful. The representative did not understand what my question was, at all. I called the number she gave me, and they said I had to talk to someone else. Then after being on hold for an extended time I gave up. I eventually figured out my problem on my own.

I used to have to enter sales from Clover into Quickbooks manually. Now it comes over automatically, saving me hours of drudgery.

Horrible customer service
I downloaded the app to transfer our quickbooks information. I never used the app or platform they never transferred any information our back acct was automatically debited by clover for Commerce Sync I cancelled the membership for the app and asked for a refund since I never used their services which they could see and said no refund would be issued because I closed the account. Doesn't seem ethical to me they got 100's of dollars for a service I never used. If you ever want a refund make sure to request it before you close your account just a friendly tip!!

I would like for Balm West to mirror…
I would like for Balm West to mirror Balm PDX in the way that the cc fees transfer. Balm PDX includes the bank fees and Balm West come separately and I have to manually enter them. Other than that we are good.
