We’re sorry to read your review, but we strongly refute the allegations that Confetti is a fraudulent company, that we deliberately prevent customers from opting out, or that our reviews are fake.
Our three-month free trial provides businesses with advertising across our digital platforms completely free of charge. The costs that apply if a business chooses not to opt out before the trial expires, together with the renewal arrangements, are set out in the Order Form, Terms and Conditions and supporting information provided before an agreement is entered into.
Customers who do not wish to continue can obtain their unique OPT OUT CODE during the free trial by following the opt-out process. We do not deliberately withhold these codes or prevent customers from opting out.
We also strongly reject the suggestion that our customer reviews are fake. We welcome genuine feedback about our service, whether positive or negative, but serious allegations of fraud and fabricated reviews are simply not an accurate representation of our business.
If you have experienced a specific issue obtaining your OPT OUT CODE, we would encourage you to contact our Customer Services team so that the circumstances can be reviewed and assistance provided.

This company are complete frauds!!!
This company are complete frauds. Offers 3 month free trial then when you sign the small print states a £2000 sign up fee then threaten legal action if you say you don't want to pay it or take part. Awful and immoral company. happened to hundreds of other businesses. Absolute predators.

We’re sorry to read your review, but we strongly refute the allegations that Confetti is fraudulent, immoral or operates in a predatory manner.
Our three-month free trial provides businesses with advertising across our digital platforms without any upfront payment, deposit or credit card details being required. The Order Form and Terms and Conditions provided when signing up clearly set out the agreed charges, the duration of the free trial and what happens when the trial ends.
Businesses who decide they do not wish to continue are able to opt out during the free trial by obtaining an OPT OUT CODE before the trial expires. Where a customer does not opt out within the agreed period, the advertising continues into the paid contractual period in accordance with the terms accepted when the agreement was signed.
We also reject the suggestion that businesses are simply charged £2,000 for “signing up”. The charges relate to the advertising services provided following the free trial and are detailed within the contractual documentation before the agreement is entered into.
As with any business-to-business agreement, where contractual payments become due and remain unpaid, we reserve the right to take appropriate steps to recover sums we believe are lawfully owed. This does not make the agreement fraudulent or predatory.
We appreciate that you are unhappy with your experience, and our team remains available to discuss the specific circumstances of your account directly.
