Do not trust this company
As a venue owner they offered a 3 month free trial and in the very small print made it so if you didn’t jump through hoops in time to cancel it you were obliged to pay thousands for the rest of the year. I have had no couples booking through so a complete waste of me money. My advise would be not to trust this site or any of their sister companies as this kind of marketing tactic should be illegal but unfortunately it not as yet.

We’re sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your experience and that your advertising has not generated the results you had hoped for.
We would, however, like to clarify that the terms of our three-month free trial and the requirement to opt out before the trial expires are not hidden in “very small print”. The renewal arrangements, charges and opt-out process are set out in the Order Form, Terms and Conditions and supporting information provided to businesses before they enter into the agreement.
Businesses who decide that the advertising is not right for them can opt out at any point during the free trial by obtaining their unique OPT OUT CODE before the trial expires. If this is not done, the advertising continues into the agreed paid period in accordance with the terms accepted when signing up.
We appreciate your disappointment that the advertising has not resulted in bookings. As with any form of advertising, we cannot guarantee that exposure or enquiries will ultimately convert into bookings, as the final decision rests with the couples using the platform.
We’re sorry that you feel Confetti has not provided value for your business, but we do not agree that our trial or renewal process is designed to make customers “jump through hoops”. The opt-out process is available throughout the trial, and our team is also available to assist businesses who need help with it.
We remain happy to discuss your account and advertising directly with you and to review any concerns you have about the service you have received.

This is terrible company that lure you into a free 3 month trial and then you can't get out.
They send legal and threatening letters immediately, so clearly do this to lots of companies. Had to pay a fortune for a listing which gave me no leads or bookings.

We’re sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your experience and that your advertising did not generate the leads or bookings you had hoped for.
We would, however, like to clarify that businesses are not unable to leave the free trial. Our three-month trial provides advertising free of charge, and businesses who decide they do not wish to continue can opt out before the end of the trial by obtaining their unique OPT OUT CODE. The renewal arrangements, charges and opt-out requirements are set out in the Order Form, Terms and Conditions and supporting information provided when signing up.
If a business does not opt out before the trial expires, the advertising continues into the agreed paid period in accordance with the contract. Where contractual payments subsequently remain outstanding, we reserve the right to take appropriate steps to recover sums we believe are lawfully due. This is not intended to threaten customers, but forms part of the normal process of managing a business-to-business agreement.
We completely understand your disappointment regarding the performance of your advertising. As with any form of marketing, however, we cannot guarantee a particular number of leads or bookings, as ultimately the decision to contact or book rests with the couples using the platforms.
We’re sorry that you feel the service did not provide value for your business and remain happy to discuss your account and any concerns directly with you.

Various emails and calls to try speak with sales rep who reached out us but funnily enough was never available and no response from a single email.
Absolute lack of professionalism and makes it appear like a scam.
Disgusting those in the industry treat suppliers like this.

While our three-month free trial is designed to allow businesses to explore our advertising platforms independently and at their own pace, our team remains available throughout the trial to answer questions and provide assistance when required.
We also strongly disagree with the suggestion that Confetti is a “scam”. We are an established wedding brand providing genuine advertising services to businesses within the wedding industry, and the details of our free trial, advertising services and contractual terms are provided to businesses before they sign up.
That said, if you contacted us on multiple occasions and did not receive a response, we are sorry to hear this and would like the opportunity to investigate what happened. Please contact our Customer Services team with your business details so that we can review the communication history and address your concerns directly.
