Excellent Service and Genuine Support
We've had an extremely positive experience working with Consultiv Utilities and would highly recommend them.
From the outset, Louise and Dimitri have been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. As a charity, it's important for us to work with organisations that genuinely understand our needs and we definitely feel that's the case here. They have consistently demonstrated that they have our best interests at heart and have always taken the time to provide clear, honest advice.

Friendly and responsive team
Louise and Consultiv have been very helpful at finding me a competitive fixed rate energy deal. Louise is always very friendly and responds to any queries quickly. Her and Dimitri understood what was needed to make a business case to come away from the deal arranged by our local authority and get fixed rate for 3 years. They have been incredibly helpful and are happy to pick up and queries with suppliers.

Excellent customer service
I could not fault this company. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable and always try to get the best deals for the customer. We saved a significant amount of money for our charity 5 years ago and were able to claim tax back that we did not know we were owed.

Would truly recommend
Have always found Consultiv extremely helpful and knowledgeable; especially Jo, who has such a wide range of experience when it comes to Utilities and a vast network of contacts within the Power Network, allowing them to give us the best possible prices when sourcing Electricity / Gas contracts and also connections / disconnections etc. Communication, with easy to understand terminology, helps keep us up to date every step of the way. Would truly recommend their service, as trying to understand the World of Utilities, can be extremely tricky.

I wouldnot recommend this company as…
I wouldnot recommend this company as they have caused me many problems . 2020 I gave them permission to check out electric prices . They got a quote , sacked their consultant and never got me to sign a contract . 4 years later they tried to take over my contract , with no contract . They have tried to sell the debt , as my fault , they have failed me as a customer , so just be carefulbefore using them..
