Katy Hutchinson at Roberts Crossley Conveyancing was a breath of fresh air and made my house purchase run as smoothly as possible! Katy kept me updated and helped me through the process at various points. I would recommend both Katy and the firm to anyone looking to buy a house.

Really disappointed that the very first email I received increased the quoted price significantly. The increased price was due to a SDLT completion fee which should have been included in the original quote IMO.

Excellent service but a very slow to progress the file. Replies to email or phone calls are answered after 2-3 days or sometimes completely ignored.

Seamless process with Ben incredibly quick in replying to any queries. Even the estate agents for property we where buying commented on how impressive the service was.

Stephen was very helpful and professional! Great service! Would use again and would definitely recommend.

For what we expected to be a relatively simple and quick ToE between family members, process took longer than expected and unclear where delays occurred. Didn't find the online casetracker to be very effective vs online casetrackers used by other conveyancing services. Would have been helpful if casetracker indicated guesstimated duration to the next step and how long that step might take. This would have reduced eMail enquires on progress (we were using the internet based casetracker on a PC - don't know if there's an 'App'). Therefore we had to eMail for progress updates. Responses via eMail were timely. Overall a good result and we will def. consider again for a further conveyance that we need to do in early 2026.
