Robert Crossley were excellent they dealt with our house sale quickly and efficiently. Well organised and good communication. Their online platform allowed us to see progress and Katy our conveyancer was easily contactable and dealt with everything in a timely manner

Generally ok, but would have paid more for a better firm if I'd known in advance that communication was slow (i.e. emails not responded to in a week), emails never acknowledged. Things weren't explained clearly that were questioned, and the phone never readily picked up if there was a miscommunication by email. Personally would not use them again.

Thank you to Robertscrossley solicitors for managing our purchase. There was a lot of challenges from seller and landlord but Stephen Mellor managed to get the sale done just before the stamp duty increase. He was kind and understanding and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, really grateful to have had Alicea McLellan as our conveyancer for our home purchase. I found Roberts Solicitors through Trustpilot and filtering for the top rated companies, and I'm glad to say now I know why it has such a high rating! Alicea was extremely responsive and helpful, replied to our emails really quickly (so much so that we've only ever called her once, at the end of the process!). She went above and beyond to help us get our purchase over the line on the day before a hard deadline, even though it was looking extremely unlikely the week before.

Like other reviews on here I was very pleased with the service I got from Katy Hutchinson in what was a long winded sales process due to two buyers pulling out at advanced stages of the conveyancing process. Very reasonable charges.

I was wary of internet solictors before but this one had good reviews so I gave it a go as I needed to save money. I was assigned Katy Hutchinson who was prompt, efficient, answered all my queies, gave me a summary all the lease so it was easier to understand and even sent me a Welcome to your new home card :-)
Everything was done online, I was emailed documents I needed to sign so I could print them and send them back. The price was very reasonable given that it was a leasehold, I will definitely be using her services again when I buy another property.

Katy was excellent. There was issues with the mortgage company which slowed everything down and made the process longer and more difficult but Katy did all she could to keep the sale moving forward and keeping me updated regularly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katy Hutchenson.

I also loved the online tracker which keeps you up to date with the progress on both sale and purchase and was easy to use.
