It is difficult to explain fully how amazing Mr Sojitra is. This is the second time that I have been treated by him and from the first consultation, through to surgery and the final sign off, he treats you with kindness, honesty and genuine care. Overall, I had a very good experience with my upper eyelid surgery. The after care was great and I was at home a few hours later. Within 2 weeks my eyes looked like my old self again. I only experienced some soreness on my eyelids for a few week if I touched them. Otherwise, no pain. I had some bruising below my eyes, however, it slowly faded and was barely visible by 7 weeks. I would very much recommend Mr. Sojitra as I was very happy with my eyes and my experience.

I recently had a breast lift with implants, abdominoplasty, and liposuction at Harpenden Spire with Mr Nilesh Sojitra. Nilesh is a truly delightful man who immediately put me at ease, which is why I chose to have two surgeries with him.

Mr Nilesh Sojitra recently performed breast surgery for me, and I wanted to leave a review to recommend his services.

He takes a pragmatic, no nonsense approach, but this surgeon is phenomenal. He clearly cares about what his patients need out of surgery and spends time looking at what will suit them best. He is calm and in control, his advice is helpful and his results were above and beyond my expectations. He surrounds himself with an excellent team. Carolyn is extremely helpful. She is available to answer queries and has top notch communication. She will respond quickly if needed. Post surgery, after Mr Sojitra leaves you to heal, he also leaves you in the care of support nursing staff and they are unbelievable. Jackie was another level. Caring, professional and nothing was too much trouble.

I would whole heartedly recommend Mr Sojitra, and his team, if you are thinking about having a procedure. I was extremely nervous. But I was taken care of and assured from the very beginning. And the results are wonderful!

I had an eyelet with Mr Sojitra 3 years ago so when I wanted further cosmetic surgery I did not hesitate to go back to him. He tells you it as it is, with no false promises and does a really excellent job. I had a lower neck and facelift and it's taken 10 years off me and really boosted my confidence. Down to earth but also straight to the point, he’s telling you from day one that he’s not a magician, but actually I’ll tell you a secret he is one he doesn’t even know it. I compared my scars with someone that had surgery 10 years ago and mine are just 6 months old and are less visible than hers. I am 50 years old and he has made my body look like I’m at least 18 I will never have to wear a bra again for the rest of my life🤭

Mr Nilesh Sojitra was amazing and professional from start to finish. I had been recommended by a friend who had a surgical procedure by Mr Sojitra and had spoken highly of the whole experience, i was not disappointed.
From the initial consultation i felt i was in safe hands and i was listened to and understood all the potential risks and outcomes.
On the day of the surgery Mr Sojitra again explained the procedure and checked my expectations of what i wanted to achieve and i felt very calm and relaxed going into surgery, the aftercare was amazing i had plenty of check ups with Mr Sojitra and the nurse team and i could call any time i had any questions or concerns, the procedure i had was a breast uplift and implant ( after breastfeeding two children and losing volume in the breasts ) I asked for a very natural look and this was achieved perfectly, the stitching and end result was so neat and clean and i am now 4 months post surgery and everything is healed very nicely and the scars are already beginning to fade.
I would never use another surgeon - Mr Sojitra is the best in his field.

Mr Sojitra is incredibly professional and a skilled surgeon. His team are fantastic, Carolyn, Jane and the anaesthetist were so comforting and helpful. Recovery was relatively straightforward and I was pain free rather quickly. He skilfully hid the scar and I can wear a bikini without it being noticeable. I should have gone to see him sooner as it has given me a new lease on life!

I had a breast augmentation procedure in August and the whole experience was very positive. Recovery was also very quick and I had no issues or concerns. I am super happy with the results. The results are exactly how I wanted them to be. My breasts are fuller and rounder and more symmetrical and the right size for my body shape. Mr. Sojitra removed a cancerous lump from my cheek, and the procedure - which he explained very clearly - was painless.
The resulting scar is almost invisible.
He subsequently phoned me t0 confirm that all cancerous tissue had been removed.
