I had a ring made from my breast milk and I absolutely love the idea and the sentimental meaning behind it. When the ring arrived, I unfortunately found that the corners were quite sharp and it wasn’t comfortable for me to wear.
I contacted customer service and Kaja replied very quickly. She was incredibly kind and helpful, recommended which ring I could change it to, and immediately sent me a return label.
After I sent the ring back, she also contacted me to confirm that it had arrived safely and told me that she was waiting for the new ring to arrive. As soon as it arrives, she will collect my ring, remake it and send it back to me.
I’m really impressed with how helpful, caring and professional Kaja has been throughout the whole process. She made what could have been a frustrating situation very easy and stress-free.
