Costello Windows Reviews

The fitter was professional, tidy experienced and friendly
Excellent job, Brillant service and quality work

Very happy with quality of door and service when fitted.

The two lads that fitted our windows were excellent, worked hard and late each day to ensure the job was completed on time. Very tidy, courteous and professional. Thank you for a great job. Brendan Waterford

New back door fitted by Costello Windows. Exactly what I asked for.. looks great. Fitter very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend

Large and awkward windows, installers were great and put in a couple if long days; few snags along the way but they resolved everything back at office; finished last pane on Saturday morning and left everything clean and tidy; was very pleased

Great service the fitters had the job done in no time and the door was lovely. I’m delighted with it

The whole process from ordering to fitting was top class.

Avoid at all costs. You may sign a contract with Costello's and pay Costello's in full prior to installation but their involvement ends there. They sent a 3rd party contractor to do the install and there was no recourse whatsoever with Costello Windows for any issues encountered. After sales service is non-existent. Costello's entirely disclaim themselves from any responsibility both during and after the installation, and refused to send any Costello's rep to inspect the work. They just fobbed us off to the 3rd party. Areas of our home were damaged that shouldn't have been impacted in any way by window installation. Find any other window company, anyone that stands behind their products and service, as Costello's do not.

We are delighted with our new windows. The quality is excellent and has made a significant difference in noise reduction and thermal insulation. The fitters, Jerry and Gary, arrived on time, were polite, hard-working, and respectful of our home and did an excellent job.

I have dealt with Costello Windows on more than one occasion and the service from start to finish was excellent that’s why I went back to them for my French doors. James who fitted the doors was outstanding , he didn’t leave until the walls and my tiles were put back the way they were before he took out the old door. He was a perfectionist!!

Costello's fitter arrived on Monday morning. He explained his work programme to us.
When he completed his fitting he took through everything thing he done.
He even gave us decorating ideas on how to touch up the area around the door.
First class work from a professional fitter

Very pleasant stress free and accommodating service given. James the fitter that came was so pleasant and polite, nothing was a hassel. Great work done as it was a more difficult job then anticipated and fantastic finish. The place was left as it was found nice neat and tidy. Could not recommend costellos windows and doors enough. Thank you.

Jerry did a great job fitting both my Front and back doors. His helper was also very good. I am very happy with the doors. Thank you.

Ordered a half door for my cottage. Easy to deal with Costello Windows and the fitting was really smooth and fitter did a fantastic job. Even gave me advice on windows and patio door around the house. Highly recommend

The fitter who attended to the fitting of our new door was very thorough and tidy. We had very little to do after he left and he made absolutely certain before he left that we were happy with the door

Install of 22 windows in old house, fantastic service from start to finish and install team were great!

From dealing with the office to dealing with the fitters, I had such a pleasant experience with Costello Windows. The door is custom and turned out so much better than I had expected. The house is almost 200 years old and has been a nightmare to heat, the door has made such an amazing difference you can feel the heat retention almost immediately. Would recommend this company.
