Costello Windows Reviews

Had a replacement front door fitted by James recently and can’t speak highly enough on the quality of the door and the fitting service. I highly recommend these guys!!

Very good communication throughout, total professionalism. Thank you very much.

Update
Our honest experience would be;
Fitting date changes numerous time,
Fitting incomplete on installation,
Even now after second fitting visit wrong size plastic to cover interior steel poles despite Costellos rep measuring initally and no bedding mastic? Fitter extremely nice and apologetic.
Throughout, no phone calls at all from Costellos, we had to persue it all.
The door is very nice but what it took to get it was unnecessary.... its still not 100% finished!

James fitted our stable style front door and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you so much ! Would be very happy to deal with again in the future.

Absolutely love my new door - thank you Costello Windows. The quality of the door and fitting service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Had windows and a new door fitted with Costello’s recently. From the first consultation with Hayden to the fitting and service I can honestly say they are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Brendan and Bruno in the office for keeping me up to date and Timmy, PJ and Michael for such a top class professional job when fitting. I would highly recommend.

Really happy with the quality of the door we bought. Fantastic showroom with a great selection to choose from. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly, from the staff at the showroom to the fitter who done a great job. Very happy, highly recommend.

Prompt, tidy, and top job!

Really pleased with the windows and a great service by the lads who fitted the windows into awkward stone walls. Would highly recommend.

I had a new front door fitted last week by William and his helper, William also. I am very happy with the door, the installation and the overall experience with Costellos, including the Showroom appointment booking, the Quote, and the Confirmation of Order details with Breda, and the measurement of my home for the door by Derry. William did an A1 neat job installing the door. He and the other William left no debris upon completion of the installation. I would recommend Costellos for sure. Thank you.

CASTELLO WINDOWS did a very good job of my porch door. Very helpful and informative. Whenever I had a question and I called the staff was very good .

Pedro who fitted the door was very professional. Explained everything what needs to be done and how they will do it.
Asked in the process if this is what I want . After the job was done cleaned up all.
Thank you

I, was given a 6 week time to get my windows installed, after repeatedly been given new dates i got them installed. Never again.

Really happy with my new front door. Seamless procedure from initial inquiry to the last phase of fitting door. Great value. James, the fitter, did a fantastic neat job and was a very nice gentleman. He vacuumed my hall and swept my front step! You wouldn't believe I had a new door fitted. Thanks to all at Costello Windows.

It was a pleasure to work with Costello Windows and we received an excellent service from start to finish. We are delighted with the exceptional quality of our new front door and glazing. The workmen were highly skilled, friendly and installed the door & glazing to a high standard finish. Good housekeeping and they left the house spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Costello Windows to family & friends.

I had a great experience with Costello Windows, and I would highly recommend them. We had all the windows in the house changed, and also 2 PVC double doors installed. The people we dealt with in the office were very accommodating and helpful, also the guys who installed the window were very efficient. We will definitely be using Costello windows again.

We recently had our windows fitted by Costello Windows and couldn’t be happier with the result. Gerry and Jack were excellent — professional, efficient, and really went above and beyond. They worked quickly, installed everything perfectly, and even took the initiative to fill in small cracks that could have caused problems later. Their attention to detail and helpful attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I’d happily recommend Costello Windows to anyone and would definitely have them back again in the future.
