So far...exceptional customer service

I bought two shirts as a present for a friend, but the XL sizes turned out to be much larger than expected. (American Sizes?) I contacted Cosy Custume to ask whether I could exchange them for a size L.

James offered to send both shirts in the smaller size and told me to keep the originals. That was far more than I expected, and a lovely surprise.

He has since confirmed that the replacement parcel has been dispatched and that he has requested faster delivery. I’m still waiting for it to arrive, but the helpful, generous response deserves recognition. Thank you, James!

I ordered 4 T shirts without checking the size chart. I loved them, great quality, but much too big. A quick message to the vompany, on the off-chance, and they immediately dispatched the right size ( and didn't want the others returned!)

Ordered two months ago, never received anything, no answer from the customer "service".

Customer service 110%. They went over and above so I got a shirt that fit me properly. Will order again. Good quality merchandise.

Poor Quality. Design placed way too low, 4 inches on the T-shirt front. The shirt itself was poor quality. Customer Service offered me a $5 discount. I don't want $5. I want the shirt "Is he dead yet" with the Raven and coffee as shown on the advert. I want what I purchased - or a return. Extremely disappointed in the entire ordeal.

Every order I have made, and there have been a few, has been dealt with efficiently, and I have received the T-shirts quickly. They completely live up to my expectations, and when I recently needed to exchange a T-shirt there was no problem at all. It was really easy to do.

I ordered the wrong size Tshirt. When I told Cosycustom they immediately put a new Tshirt in the post which has just arrived and it's a perfect fit. The quality of the item is lovely and I'm really impressed that they sent me another shirt free of charge to ensure I was happy with their product. Thank you Cosycustome, I certainly recommend you as a caring company

I purchased 4 T shirts without checking the reviews on here. When I did I became a little concerned.
But! Let me tell you they were the best!
The quality is good, well produced cotton T shirts, printed on not plastic pressed images.
Here's where difference lay. Unfortunately, the sizes were off. I contacted the company and spoke to James via email, which I'll add I got a reply quick. I informed him there was a size problem. He basically said I could keep the ones I have and they'd send replacements... WOW!
The replacements came yesterday. Same great quality, perfect sizes and one very happy customer!
Quality - 10/10
Design - 9/10
Customer service - 10/10

Highly recommended and will be purchasing again.

I am very satisfied with the very quick and efficient assistance of the staff. The T-shirts are good quality too, they are the same as you can see on the photos.

Love my John 3:16 T-shirt. Bought wrong size but they exchanged it even after the return date limit. When I asked for a return label for the wrong size, they told me to keep it. How generous! Now double the people will hear the gospel because of it. Great customer service and communication.

I ordered shirt for Easter but unfortunately, they were lost in customs in LA. Customer service proactively reached out to me and issued us a replacement. They were extremely helpful and followed up to make sure we received everything.

I love all three shirts I purchased ! They are super comfortable and high quality. Quite the conversion starters I must admit! I get so many comments and compliments in them. Customer service is wonderful.

I ordered a shirt and it was the wrong size. My error. They graciously sent me the proper size. To have this high level of customer care is refreshing at the least.

Sweatshirt is great! Quality very good, 100% cotton is a plus! I did need a size smaller and when I reached out, they took care of it right away!

I originally ordered a size large, but it ran smaller than expected, so I left a review to help others with sizing. The company reached out right away and offered to send a replacement, which I really appreciated.
I received the new shirt and it fits perfectly! Great customer service and they truly stand behind their products. I’d recommend them—just consider sizing up if you’re between sizes.
