I ordered the wrong size and a the correct size was sent out right away and was told to keep the other. Great service

J'ai commandé un sweat taille S en me référant au tableau des tailles sur le site du vendeur. J'ai reçu un sweat étiqueté S mais 2 tailles trop grandes!!!! Et ce en comparant toujours avec le tableau des tailles du site. J'ai contacté le service client pour savoir s'il s'agissait d'une erreur de production. On ne m'a jamais répondu à la question. Je tente d'obtenir un remboursement mais je fais face à la mauvaise foi du vendeur qui refuse de prendre à sa charge les frais de retour alors que cela est clairement noté dans les conditions de retour et de remboursement sur leur site internet.
De plus, le rapport qualité/prix est très médiocre.

I had read some negative comments after ordering, which made me wary. Consequently I contacted the company three times concerning my order and got a reply each time. I ordered a large T-shirt and the fit is just right as are the colour and wording

I initially posted a negative review due to not being able to read the words on the shirt. Company did decide to resend the shirt I ordered and it came out perfect. I love the shirt I ordered from them. Fits nice and can read all the words.

The T-shirt fit perfectly. Made from a good quality material.. I ordered a lot of T-shirts online and this was definitely one of the better ones. I definitely would recommend them.

I ordered a sweatshirt in the biggest size. It took an age to arrive and when it did it was not big. It may fit someone size 10 (UK) but won’t go anywhere near me. I emailed customer services and all I got was a sarcastic reply asking if I had ordered incorrectly. What a scam. Not impressed at all.

Very much like these shirts. Quality and fit are really great, and everything exceeded my expectations. Communication for packaging, shipment and any questions I may have had were answered in a timely fashion and were very helpful.
I will be ordering from here again for sure! A+

I had mentioned to them my shirt was to small. They mailed me another shirt and it fits perfect. I have never had a shop to replace a shirt that ran small and sent another one to fit. Very kind also

I ordered a shirt on cosycostume.com on 9/26. It shipped FROM CHINA. It shipped on 10/6 and was delivered 10/11. The shirt is perfect! Customer service was responsive with giving me shipping updates through a website named 17track.net. I am very happy with my transaction. Took 1 star away bc it did take 2 weeks to arrive but I am very happy (& relieved) with my experience & my purchase. All the negative reviews about cosy costume being a scam worried me but my experience was great!

I ordered my sweatshirt on the 20th Sept 2025 and it didn’t arrive until the 7th Oct 2025. After reading these reviews, I didn’t think it was going to come, so I was very surprised when it did come! My sweatshirt has a lovely message on it and an embroidered design. It doesn’t seem like the best of quality, the material seems thin but I’m just a thankful person anyway!

TERRRRIBLE!!!!!! I ordered t shirts and the screen printing is AWFUL! They are on fake comfort colors t shirts! The quality is awful! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! And report the scam on IG

Absolutely awful. I placed an order and received a response that the owner was out of the country. I canceled my order because it wouldn’t arrive in time and was told it would be taken care of when the trip was over. Not only was the cancellation not done, I received the sweatshirt and the company refused to allow me to return it and wouldn’t provide a refund either. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Very poor service no direct contact by phone just by email and message communication come late at night so you end up going back and forth multiple days and still not getting any we’re as far as results ordered a shirt was sent wrong size took a month to get here and now is wrong size so at this point out a shirt and our money very disappointing would not recommend this place

When item didn't show when expected, read the email properly which was some rubbish in badly written English talking about how deliveries were delayed because the owners had decided to travel Europe for a month.

If I receive the item I'll be gobsmacked

Have never received my order. They refuse to respond. This is a scam!

I'm not sure why everyone is saying the negative things, but i have had nothing but great things with this company. I ordered 2 shirts from them, they are great quality shirts, although they do run a little large, which meant i had to exchange one of the shirts for a smaller size. I had no problems doing this, i emailed and asked about an exchange, they asked me which shirt and what size i needed and got it sent to me, when i asked about returning the other shirt they told me i could keep it. Will definitely be ordering more from them.

Vendor claims they ship from US and with 3-5 or 7-15 business days, depending on which ad you read - not true! Product comes from China and had I known, I would not have ordered. It took over a month to receive order, quality was awful. When trying to return purchase they tell you to ship it back to China. A 4 lb package costs @ $50 to ship to China! This company should NOT be allowed to do business in US!

Placed the order on December 4th. Two weeks after I sent an email for an update and they sent tracking showing the items were coming from China. Had I known that I would have never ordered from them. It’s December 24th and I still do NOT have the product. Horrible service! Just ho ho horrible

1/6/25. I received the product and will definitely NOT order again. Material is stiff and the size isn't accurate. I ordered XL shirts and gave to my sons due to shrinking. Lesson learned
