My experience with this company is definitely 5 stars. I love the sayings and pictures on these shirts, but be aware that their sizing runs large, so order the smallest size you think would fit. I had ordered the wrong size at first and missed the return timing window due to being hospitalized, but the company kindly sent me replacement shirts in the smaller size. I'm very happy with the t-shirts and sweatshirt, now. Cosycustume is definitely a company that cares about their customers.

I paid with Apple Pay and the address associated with my account was super old. The shirt ended up being no delivered there but after contacting the company, they corrected the issue and sent me another shirt. Ge sa quality, excellent printing. Highly recommend

Cheap quality items and they will not accept returns unless you pay to ship it to China. Never will I order from them again.

Would not allow an exchange, even though I offered to pay for the shipping to return. The shirt also feels like a fake comfort colors.

I absolutely love my Christmas tree sweatshirt! The tree is actually the word Jesus! It’s so clever, and there’s even a cross for the trunk. It looks festive, but the emphasis is on Jesus.
The sweatshirt is a lovely shade of red, the design is in white so it really stands out, and it’s very well made. I’ve really enjoyed wearing it. My friend loved it, and wanted to know where I’d got it from

The quality of the shirts is really great, especially for the price. And the customer service is good! I’m very happy with my purchase and will be ordering again in the future!

I placed an order and checked reviews after. I was really spooked and tried to cancel my order with a snotty email to the company asking for a cancellation of order and a refund. My order was shipped before the email was picked up. I had a kind reply to my snotty email and now I’m embarrassed. The tops arrived today, they seem a very good quality and I could not be happier. Just as depicted on the website. I have an apology to make to the company. I will be ordering again.

I don’t see how the advertised Comfort Color shirts could be real. Very low quality. After drying, they look extremely wrinkled. After 2 washes, shirt is starting to pull apart at seams. The shipping takes a few weeks, probably from China, but I could not tell for sure. I do not recommend.

No tee shirt recieved. Tracking number not working.

I placed three orders with cosycostume. Orders 2 and 3 arrived in the way you would expect, with quality as described and in a very timely way. The 1st order didn’t ship until I notified the company 15 days after I placed the order (and after I had received #2 and #3). The customer service email I received told me to “be patient”. I asked for compensation because the order contained both Christmas and a birthday present and would be late for both, despite placing the order with plenty of time. They gave me a $5 credit and told me once more to “be patient”. The customer service response was completely tone deaf and I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a Christmas shirt on 12/14/25 and it was advertised to be delivered by 12/18/25. I received it today, the 27th. I should have known better. I thought it was being shipped from California, but apparently not, had to go through customs. I like the design a lot, but the shirt is scratchy. The advertised delivery date was false advertising. If I’d known, I would never have ordered from this site.

This is easily one of my favorite T-shirts I’ve ever owned! The catchy slogan turns heads everywhere I go—people are constantly stopping me to laugh, compliment it, or ask where I got it. Beyond the attention, the shirt itself is fantastic: great fit, super comfortable fabric, and it feels well-made, not flimsy like so many others out there. To top it off, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for a shirt that looks great, feels great, and sparks conversations, this is the one!
