The Cotswold Company - Harpenden Reviews

Every time I go into the shop I am always acknowledged with a friendly greeting but not pounced on which is good.
The staff are alway very helpful and show me samples of the different wood types that I like to look at in person. It’s very hard to tell from just looking online.

I have purchased three large items all ordered through the Harpenden shop and each time this has gone smoothly and efficiently from placing the order to delivery. I am very impressed with the whole system and the quality of all the goods I purchased.
So please give a shout to the staff in Harpenden and the delivery staff. I purchased a king size bed (Inglesham) a table and chairs (Chester) and a sideboard (Old Rustic).
Thanks

Excellent service from Nancy in the showroom. Thank you.

My husband and I ordered the Camille dinning table. The service was amazing, all of my questions were answered, demos given and great ideas/home inspirations was suggested. Nothing was too much.

They were so helpful in the store, extending the table for us to show us how easy it was to do. Just all super helpful and polite. Such beautiful pieces and we’re so excited to receive our new dining table and chairs.

Very helpful and polite lady. She helped me to decide my choice

Great to be able to visit a furniture showroom rather than try and pick on-line. Very helpful staff with no pressure. Highly recommend.

Exceptional staff. Patience and knowledge. I was interested in a rug and the wonderful assistant showed me a photo of the rug in her home.
Will definitely visit this store again.

Very clean shop.

Very professional staff, much better than Lister.

I had a wonderful experience with Harsha at The Cotswold Company. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Harsha took the time to answer all my questions, offered great advice, and made the whole purchase and transaction smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such genuine and attentive customer service these days—thank you Harsha!xx

Lovely store to browse around and staff always on hand to help but not too pushy!

Nancy at Cotswold Harpenden has been exceptional not only once but consistently on 3 occasions. Each involving 3 super king size beds and mattresses. The information how they could be reconstructed to negotiate a difficult medieval staircases was key to my purchases. Super service, thank you Nancy

Professional service. Helpful staff.

Great service from the team whilst browsing for ideas. Good style knowledge from Harsha who helped to choose some soft furnishings after describing the room style & colours. Great to have on the doorstep.

Lovely shop, beautifully laid out displays.
But most of all excellent customer service, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Ruby who dealt with our order and then we received a follow up email from the manager Nancy.
What a lovely addition to Harpenden High Street.

Wonderful service from both Charlotte and Nancy. Informative, helpful, warm and friendly. A great experience, thank you both!
