Another purchase of good quality furniture.
Siu-pai and Simioncillo who delivered this couldn't have been more considerate on a miserable February morning to keep everything dry.

We ordered three side tables. The organisation was good, but one table arrived damaged and had to be changed. To be fair, the assistant who dealt with the complaint was very efficient and arranged a new delivery and collection of the damaged table. It did take the edge off, however.

Very pleased with furniture. Bought TV Corner Unit, Coffee Table and 2 bookcases. It looks absolutely great in our living room. Staff on phone very helpful and delivery drivers Mavino and Simon were a delight. Polite, cheery and helpful. Definitely recommend this company

Great piece of furniture and colour, although disappointing it wasn't" in the sale. prompt delivery with no damage . Would of been nice if the delivery men wore covers over shoes on entering the house. Very pleased otherwise

A Professional and polite service by the delivery team.

We had a bed purchased, delivered and assembled. The staff at the shop in Stow were very helpful and knowledgeable. The bed was delivered quickly. Gary and Jake who delivered and assembled the bed were polite, friendly, helpful and very efficient. An excellent service all round.

My in store experience was amazing, staff were willing to move products into different lighting for me to eventually find my perfect dinning table - staff over the phone and email were then quick and helpful to respond when our house move date was moved back. Last, but not least, our delivery men went above and beyond to help manage the logistics of getting our new table in safely and set up. I’d heard the delivery service as good, but I was really impressed. Thank you.

Purchasing the furniture was a very positive experience. The staff at Stow were lovely, very helpful and courteous. Going out of their way to answer any questions and queries.
The furniture (inglesham range) is beautiful. And settles well into my room. I have purchased bedroom furniture previously, and I was very pleased with that.
The delivery experience was not so good. The delivery guys appeared stressed, and one even stated he did not want to be at work.
They unpacked the furniture outside in the cul-de-sac, which concerned me. And were not happy knowing they had to build the table. Overall not positive.
Yes I would purchase further items from The Costwold furniture company. Lovely well made. Built to last.

We were on holiday in the Cotswold for a week & visited your shop in Stow on the Wold were we found the perfect fit for or dining room a large book case which looks stunning in our home at a very reasonable price in the sale, HAPPY DAYS 😊

Ian and Shane delivered our bedroom furniture on a very wet and windy day. Service excellent, very friendly and transferred the furniture with care to the required bedroom. Furniture in excellent condition when unpacked. All packaging was taken away which is a huge bonus to. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish, we placed our order in the Stow on the Wold (such a beautiful store!) all staff were super helpful and friendly. I was kept well informed of delivery status and the delivery drivers were amazing arrived right on time to the minute and were professional and friendly thank you Earle and Matt D!
