Countryside Ski & Climb Reviews

Delivered swiftly and with great communication

I ordered 2 patagonia jackets from this company at decently discounted prices. Both jackets received really quickly from date of order and both items received as ordered. I had an issue with one jacket in that I ordered the wrong size and it was too big for me so returned it asking for the same jacket in a smaller size. Returns process was simple and within one day of returning the item they had dispatched a new medium sized jacket for me. Just awaiting receipt of the new jacket. From ordering to receipt of items and returns it has been really simple dealing with this company and I would have no hesitation ordering more items from them. Very positive experience 👍👍👍

Product arrived promptly and was as described. Competitively priced and happy with the purchase.

Good price and service.

Great hassle free quick service. Will be shopping again.

Thank you so much to Countrywide and Ski A real hidden gem in Swanage!

I was originally looking for a Patagonia Black Hole waist pack but couldn’t decide between that and the Atom Sling, so I called the store for advice. The store manager was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and really understood what I needed. After our conversation, I placed my order straight away and added the Atom Sling too!

The online ordering experience was excellent 🤩smooth, efficient and my order arrived within 24 hours, faster than some big department stores! I absolutely love both bags, especially the Atom Sling. Stellar service from start to finish

Thanks you’ve gained a very loyal customer! ❤️

Not used this company before, however i will do again.
After much on line research, found the down jacket i was after.
Price was good, size was available and postage free.
Placed order before the weekend and was suitably attired by Tuesday in Mountain Equip jacket.
First class!

I visited the Stevenage store for walking boots, and the fitting service was excellent. They took time to check the fit properly, and the free parking outside made the visit easy.

Excellent service and quick delivery - would recommend.

Really quick delivery

Arrived earlier than expected. My Rab gtx jacket is a great fit, and ideal for my upcoming winter hillwalks. The discounted price is unbeatable, and the manufacturer's aftercare service gives me peace of mind. I will definitely be using Countryside Ski & Climb for future purchases of outdoor clothing.
