Extraordinary: They don’t make them like this anymore
I bought a pair of Scarpa Ranger 2 GTX boots from CS&C; it arrived the following day, the box included the invoice and return/exchange form, and I even received an offer of money off my next purchase. Great company- highly recommend it.

Easy to pick up from store
I placed my order and was then able to pick it up from the store which is nearby. I had ordered 3 items and was able to try them on in the shop which was very quiet. This avoided me having to bring the items home and then return one of the items which was not the best colour for me. Very efficient and the gentleman who served me was very pleasant.
