A great customer experience
First time buying from this store and was hugely impressed. I was unfamiliar with this company, so rang them before placing an online order. I was reassured by their helpful and professional approach.
I bought the Fjallraven Greenland Winter Jacket in Wood Brown at a very competitive price. It was despatched Royal Mail 24hr Tracked on the same day and received next day, well packed and in perfect condition. I also received an account credit towards a future purchase. A great customer experience.
The jacket itself is to Fjallraven’s usual high standard. A warm and robust wear for the colder weather. The Wood Brown colour is a nice addition to their range.
