After loosing a hearing aid whilst walking in high winds, Countrywide Hearing were selected by my Insurers to retest my hearing and fit the replacement hearing aid which was a Phonak Audio Sphere. Excellent and very prompt service in replacing my mum’s hearing aid via an insurance claim. All completed within one week. It was great to speak to an actual person on the phone. The appointment was confirmed and the audiologist who made a home visit was lovely and very kind with my mum. There was also a follow up visit 2 weeks later to check everything was ok. Which it was. Very good company to deal with. Paul, the Audiologist arrived promptly and was so patient and kind with my Mum who has macular degeneration as well as such bad hearing. All sorted within 45 minutes. Highly recommend thus company for hearing aids.
