CoutureCandy.com Reviews

I purchased a beautiful dress for my son’s wedding. It was delivered in a timely manner. I tried it on and the zipper separated from the teeth. I contacted customer service via phone, and they told me I had to email photos of the damaged dress. After they reviewed my photos, they told me to revisit their return policy. Because I did not contact them within 24 hours, I am out of luck. I contacted them 48 hours after delivery. No refund. No exchange. On a manufacturers defect. The tags are still on the dress. Just a 15% rebate on a $160 dress. Don’t buy from this place.

The dress is stunning - good value for money. The delivery service was excellent.

Overall, the dress is really nice. However, after I opened the package I noticed that the plastic the dress was wrapped in was dirty (not the outer packaging, the inner packaging). When I pulled the dress out from the inner packaging, I noticed there was some discoloration on the back of the dress that looks like it might be makeup or something. I have not tried the dress on yet but it looks like it will fit properly.

I wanted to give the dress five stars but due to this dress being tried on and possibly used and retagged, I cannot. This dress should have been inspected before returning. I'm a little disappointed to say the least. Hopefully I can get the stain out.

I would highly recommend CoutureCandy if you are looking for a high quality dress for special occasions. After going to several bridal stores and being highly disappointed in their selections of what I could actually try on because everything else had to be ordered, which could take weeks or months, I got the dress of my dreams in 3 days! It was absolutely perfect. I will never waste my time again going to bridle stores. Returns are simple should you need to return, I didn’t, but at least it’s quick and easy if you do.

Best quality

Perfect dress for my occasion

My Jovani dress came in perfect and fits fabulous

We loved the outfits that we purchased but they were for a specific event. We ordered 3-day expedited shipping to get them 2 days before the event and they arrived just hours before my wife needed to wear one of them. So, that really complicated our day to wonder if the package was going to arrive.

Excellent item at great price. Dress is beautiful

Love the dress and can’t wait to wear it for my daughter’s wedding in August. Fits really well and arrived very fast. Would definitely use them again

Dress was beautiful and a great color. Unfortunately it did not fit well and would have been too hard to alter. Sadly I had to return it, but the quality of the fabric was excellent.

I'm a previous customer and I always buy my dresses from here because there is always a great selection, the prices are reasonable and the site easy to navigate.

Dress is beautiful, and the shipping process was excellent! Will buy from couture candy again!

I absolutely love my dress. I purchased a size larger than I usually wear after viewing the size guide and it fit perfectly!
Great selection, great quality, fast shipping, and a follow up call from customer service to ensure everything went well. I absolutely love my dress.

This was my first time ordering from Couture Candy, and I was a little nervous because it was an expensive dress for my daughter’s graduation. However, my experience was very positive overall.

I chose the 3-day shipping option, and they delivered exactly as promised. This was especially important because I needed to travel to my home country and take the dress with me on time. The financing option through Sezzle was also very helpful and made the purchase much easier.

The dress was beautiful, true to size, and exactly what we expected. The quality and design were lovely.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the dress was packed very tightly for shipping. The compression flattened the layers of the skirt, preventing the dress from having the beautiful flow and fullness it should have had. Additionally, the dress was longer than expected and will likely require alterations.

Other than that, Couture Candy was reliable, offered convenient financing options, and delivered on time. I would definitely consider purchasing from them again. 😊

I was honestly nervous ordering such a heavily discounted designer gown, but I couldn't be happier. The dress arrived exactly as described and is absolutely beautiful in person. The sequin detailing is stunning, the color is vibrant and rich, and the overall construction feels high-quality and professional—not cheap or flimsy at all.
The material is comfortable with a bit of stretch, which makes it much easier to wear than many formal gowns. I intentionally ordered a size up because I fit between sizes and wanted to make sure it fit through the hips. It fits perfectly through the hips and lower body, and I only need a small alteration to take in the top, which I fully expected.
Shipping was fast, the gown arrived in excellent condition, and I was thrilled to receive an authentic Portia & Scarlett dress for such an amazing clearance price. I would absolutely shop here again and highly recommend both the dress and Couture Candy. It exceeded my expectations.

I have ordered several dresses and they always come sooner than expected. I love that! Couture Candy has earned my trust. They have never disappointed me.

Elegant dress I really love it 💞 the dress fits good but the off shoulder little bit big I need to fix it.

Dress looks absolutely beautiful. I haven’t had a chance to take it for alterations yet for a wedding this summer that I am very, very excited to wear this dress
