The rep was VERY helpful & ENTHUSED with explaining 2 simple questions that I asked re my new Lumin CPAP cleaner.

I was most impressed with Crystal, the representative who helped me through the process. I am severely limited in my tech knowledge and had no clue as to how to complete the process. Crystal was very patient, professional and thorough in assisting me even as several options were not working and several others had to be tried before successfully completing the purchase. Crystal did an excellent job of explaining the equipment and what would work with what and it took a lot of her time to walk me through it. I, very much, appreciated her efforts. Excellent customer service.

I didn't trust what I should get. The mask and frame guide helped but I couldn't find a bundle I knew would work so I called and the services to get everything needed was perfect. Fast forward and I cannot get the pillows to work right for me and called once more and yet again the service to result was perfect. I would not choose to order anywhere else now just because their care for the customer is paramount.

I spoke with Crystal and she made my experience delightful. She was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Now, the bad news. They changed their website since I last bought from them and it absolutely sucks! I would give them a 1 except it would reflect poorly on Crystal who is great!
