I order my items on the 27th Jan, with a 5 to 7 day delivery time. When 8 chased up on the 13th Feb I got told it is being processed for dispatch. Now on the 16th no items and they're not responding!

Coming up to 2 months since I placed my order. Had some things refunded, a few things sent and now I still do not have the rest of it. Still they are ignoring customers emails. Bloody disgrace of a company who deserves to go bust. Sara now has the nerve to be on Sewing Street this week with 2 hour show when her company can't even fulfill other orders. I have had enough now and will be reporting the company to trading standards and hope others will follow suit.

I placed an order on 27th December. I have lost track of how many times I have emailed the company.
This week two emails from CC listing 5 items on each. Two parcels coming?! On 4th February received a small parcel - two items from one email list and two from the other. So still waiting for 10 items (4 not mentioned on the emails at all)
But the payment moved MUCH more swiftly and was taken on 29th December.
Should I still be waiting on 27th February I will send an anniversary card; two days later I'll report a robbery.

On receiving an e mail telling me cutting folders I had been waiting for months had come into stock, I ordered within ten minutes of e mail, after 3 weeks of waiting and of taking my money I had recieved nothing, on phoning Crafters Companian I am told that the e mail was a mistake and my money should of been refunded, but they could see it had been not, if I had not phoned them I would still be sponsoring Crafters Companion.
Very let down, and still cannot use my cutting machine because of lack of stock.

Customer service non-existent. I placed an order on 19th December, hoping I might receive it in time for Christmas - after leaving a message on their chat ... No reply. I sent an email ... No reply. I phoned and in the middle of January I received part of the order. Two more phone calls and it's now February ... still not received the missing item. I
I have moved house and they can't even change the delivery address so I asked for a refund. Will never order again.

My husband bought me a Gemini 2 at the end of last year. We have tried numerous times to log on and extend the warranty but the website freezes and we can’t do it. We have emailed customer service for support but haven’t had a reply. Very poor.

Placed an order on 18th December for 3 boxes of pens. There was no mention of a delayed dispatch at time of order but when I got my confirmation said items would be dispatched from first week of Jan. We are now at 29th Jan and still without my order. Have spoken to customer services several times and have been fobbed off with several different excuses, staff sound pretty sick of dealing with complaints. This used to be a great company with really good customer service, it certainly isn't now. Management seems to have taken their eye off the ball and things have gone very wrong. Once I get this order I will not be using them again.

I placed and paid for my order in December and, to this day, it has still not been shipped. I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past weeks and I keep receiving the same generic response with no real action taken.

This delay is completely unacceptable. I was forced to chase them repeatedly, including on social media, just to get attention. Paying customers deserve transparency and timely delivery, neither of which I experienced.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Back in October placed order never received did not get refund until December after I kept chasing them, 1st January placed big order thinking I would give them another chance, wrong it's now the end of January order still not sent,emails not being answered, avoid this company no wonder they are in trouble once I have sorted this order out I'm closing my account and will never order again

I am so unbelievably disappointed in this company. I have shopped with them for many years and I have never known it to be this bad. I placed an order on the 16th December and they stated on the website that it would be guaranteed delivery before Christmas day. Well Christmas day passed and New years day passed and I had still heard nothing. I sent multiple messages and had no response. Eventually I phoned them on the 12th January and they said there was an issue with the warehouse and stock and that I wasn't the only customer in this situation. No real apology from them. I then received part of my order a few days later, but I am still waiting for the rest of my order. What is going on Crafters Companion? From a company that was once so reliable you have now become so very disappointing and have let so many customers down.

I wouldn't normally write a bad review but honestly, I'm just so disappointed with Crafter's Companion and will not be using their website again. Never mind the 5-8 working days dispatch...I placed an order at the end of November and the majority of it *finally* arrived mid January. It was even more frustrating as I had wanted the items for my small business in the run up to christmas. I am still waiting for the last item of my order. What's worse is that there has been zero communication to let me know that the order was delayed in the first place, or to explain why the order was left unfulfilled for so long. And naturally, zero apology when it finally was sent out. As I've seen from many reviews on here, I'm not alone. I mean come on! Do better.

I placed an order on 6th January and, as of yesterday, had not received notification of it's dispatch. I emailed customer services asking for an urgent update.
Today they replied saying that the items I ordered were being held at a 3rd party warehouse and they have received the stock today. It will now take them until the end of the week to sort through the stock then they will send my order asap.
It's an absolute joke.
They took my money when I placed the order having no stock available to send. They are also still advertising the same items for sale on Facebook.
They are just totally unreliable and I will not be using them again!!

Nearly a month since I placed my order, still not received it all, no information about when I wii receive it. They are not replying to emails.
I will not be buying from them again if this is how the treat customers.
This website used to be good.
Still not got all of my orders, 1 partially received the other not dispatched, ordered 20th December 2025.

Having ordered from the website you would think that they would have the relevant technology to know what their stock levels were. Order was for 60 items totalling £300. After 10 days no update re despatch, phoned customer service, no reply, sent e-mail, no response. Managed to get through today to be told the item was not in stock and the system didn't pick up that it wasn't in stock when I ordered it - would I like a refund. Yes, I want a refund !!! If I hadn't phoned they would not have contacted me and held onto my money.

Following on from my review of the 24th December.
STILL I am waiting for my order and it is now the 14th January and it is still UNFULLFILLED!
I have contacted customer service TWICE and still no answer.
I ordered on the 16th for guaranteed Christmas delivery and here we are with nothing still.
I am seriously considering reporting you to trading standards because you are taking peoples money and not sending goods. No wonder Sara is a millionaire, she wouldn't be that if it wasn't for us customers. How she has the nerve to mentor businesses when she can't even sort her own.

Crafters companion have no stock of plates for the Gemini, had a few in November which sold out fast, I have called and asked when they are expecting stock answer is “sometime this year!” No point in buying dies that can’t be used, been with Crafters Companion for years, I am going to save a fortune! CCUK480314 Part of the order received before Christmas. Chasing the outstanding without success. They seem determined to keep my money without supplying the goods.

The worst service Ive ever received. Ordered on the 15th of December with a claim that it would be delivered within 5 days. It wasn’t, all my correspondence to chase the order were complete ignored. It’s the 28th of December and I still received my order or any information whatsoever. Absolutely outrageous service

Terrible customer service!
Ordered items that were in stock. The confirmation email delivery with in 3-5 days. 13 days later I'm still waiting. When I sent an email asking where my order was, I got an automated response saying they will get back to me in 1-2 weeks!!!
How Sara Davies can dare to be on Dragon's Den as a business guru, when she clearly doesn't know how to run one.
I will never buy from them again.
