I ordered a Gemini 11 machine from them and it came earlier than expected.
The website would not verify my product number so I contacted them by email and they were really good at replying.
I often buy from Crafters Companion asi like their products,but this time I made a mistake on the order. I contacted customer service by email and quickly received a return email from a member of their team, julia who assisted me in a refund and a correct order. This order arrived sooner than the estimated timescale. All in all a good service with an excellent support team.
Love crafters companion products. Always get the items I ordered in well packaged boxes. Shipping is fast and usually arrive in 2-3 days. Had to send an email for missing items and they answered me the next day. Items received in separate package. Have never been disappointed with them.
This is one of my favorite craft companies. The products are top quality. Customer Service on the norm is very helpful and responsive. When tariffs hit the world at large, this company worked to keep pricing as low as possible, even spending $$ to acquire warehouses in the US. People don't always take into account what has to happen behind the scenes which caused a few hiccups out of "their" control. These craft companies aren't 100s of employees, they are small to moderate. I truly appreciate everything they have done to ensure we can still purchase these great products at reasonable prices. Other companies just stopped selling to the US all together because of tariffs.
Always so helpful and they go out of their way to assist me. This company is tops!!!!!!!!

Very misleading advised to use more layers, which is very annoying and fiddly. Got absolutely no where with their customer service . Really not happy

My order was never dispatched and my follow-up email was ignored. I have previously successfully ordered a product from this vendor so they are not a complete scam, but they're scammy enough to sometimes take your money and ignore your follow-up emails. They claim they are moving warehouse but, from other reviews, this seems like a cover for either not having the stock, or needing your cash.
Purchased a Craftaganza at Home kit. Did not arrive. I emailed several times. No reply. I phoned several times ‘user busy’ or just ringing, no answer. Finally after about 6 weeks, I managed to get through to customer services by phone. Kit arrived, no video joining instructions. Can’t access the classes. No kit instructions. Have been a loyal customer for years, but my patience has worn thin. Very sad
I’ve used a particular Crafter’s Companion product for years because it was genuinely the best of its type. In February, I needed more and decided to order directly from the company rather than through Amazon. That was clearly a mistake.
My order was placed on 24th February. The website stated a 7–10 day delay due to a warehouse move. It is now 17th March, and I still have no confirmation, no dispatch, and no indication that my order even exists beyond the automated payment receipt.
What I have received is a daily stream of marketing emails offering “free gifts” and “special deals”—yet they can’t fulfil the order I already paid for.
Customer service has been non‑existent.
- Emails go unanswered.
- The “customer service” email address isn’t even live anymore; messages bounce back as “not found.”
- I’ve posted on their Facebook page, was promised a response, and—predictably—received nothing.
At this point, I have no confidence that my order will ever arrive, so I’m left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback to recover my money.
This is, without exaggeration, the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. A company that continues to send marketing emails while ignoring paid orders and shutting down its own support channels is not a company I can trust.
Avoid ordering direct. I certainly won’t be doing so again.
As a platinum member I am very disappointed that I ordered on 9th February 2026 and its 14th March and still no order or update on when my order with be shipped. I have phoned the company but still no joy on when I will have my order, send 2 emails, none of those were replied to. Messaged Sara Davis the CEO but still no reply, think she needs to sort out crafters companion problems. Absolutely shocking. Avoid this company. Happy to take your money but dont send orders.
AVOID. Placed an order on Feb 10th and still haven’t recieved it. I have contacted them multiple times and have had NO REPLY.
They sent out a bulk email using the excuse of moving warehouse and that peoples orders would be sent.
They still haven’t been sent.
Disgusting company that I once held in high regard.
Edit: I have now had to do a charge back through my bank to get a refund. I recommend others do the same.
Time after time i am waiting for my orders to be delivered. Three orders in January and first week February. January was finally (not all of it) delivered a couple of days ago but orders placed beginning February still waiting. Rang last week and told they would be here end this week. Rang today and told due to warehouse transition (yet again) no date for when my orders would be despatched. I pushed for more detail but was told they genuinely do not have any idea of despatch dates and there was nothing they could do with my £150 order which i think is a decent amount!
We are inundated multiple times a week/day being urged to buy new releases and we are told to order quickly before sold out which I do and then ...... yep, weeks of uncertainty of if and when I will get them.
Sorry Crafters Companion but after a call today which I was just advised no information as to if and when I would receive my orders this is awful customer service and looking at the reviews, a company cannot treat their customerslike this for moths on end and survive in this climate.
Spellbinders are not even in this Country and deliver within 10 days.
This company has gone downhill very quickly.
i have been waiting for an order from 17th December 2025. sent, not even half the order on 2nd January. since then i have had nothing. i have contacted and had passive aggressive replies, i have now been refunded for item that are "out of stock" but were on sale just a few weeks ago.
as per advice from CAB, i have put in an official complaint about this. this was when they refunded the out of stock items.

Yesterday I received an item from an order placed 27 Nov 25, 86 days ago.
Today I received a refund for an item from the same order. 87 days after ordering. No emails in between, no sorry for the delay. No dispatch information. Nothing.
Got a delivery notification from Yodel, the first notification that something was being delivered. I didn’t know what was arriving, I thought maybe it was a free gift as an apology for the shoddy service.
I even contacted Sara on instagram just after Xmas. She replied, saying she was going to get things sorted. Ha ha!
Not only is the delivery awful, but communication is non existent. How difficult would it be to even send a blanket email apologising for their errors and delays?
What’s most shocking is the ‘business guru’ putting her name to this absolute shambles of a company. She should be ashamed of herself.
Thought I would join in, as I have the same problems. Ordered December 16th 2025 and site promised delivery by Christmas. Nothing arrived. Chased them up by E mail and a small part of order arrived mid January. E mailed many times since and I do get replies. Keep getting told about wharehouse moving and items will be sent as soon as they are found. The date for them ‘finding’ my items gets extended week by week. I have been offered a refund for ‘missing’ items. After disgusting non service like this they really should refund everyone in full for the whole order.
I turn over now when they are on television, and will never purchase from them again.
Try Hunkydory and Toptopper shop they are both excellent.
Update- Today 23 Feb I was informed that my missing items have been refunded. I am still annoyed because the couple of items sent out in mid January were only ordered to make up the amount to get free delivery.
All the items I really wanted have never arrived and all have been refunded.
All the excuses about warehouse moves are not our fault, don’t promise before Christmas delivery if the stock is not even there!
I order my items on the 27th Jan, with a 5 to 7 day delivery time. When 8 chased up on the 13th Feb I got told it is being processed for dispatch. Now on the 16th no items and they're not responding!
Coming up to 2 months since I placed my order. Had some things refunded, a few things sent and now I still do not have the rest of it. Still they are ignoring customers emails. Bloody disgrace of a company who deserves to go bust. Sara now has the nerve to be on Sewing Street this week with 2 hour show when her company can't even fulfill other orders. I have had enough now and will be reporting the company to trading standards and hope others will follow suit.

I placed an order on 27th December. I have lost track of how many times I have emailed the company.
This week two emails from CC listing 5 items on each. Two parcels coming?! On 4th February received a small parcel - two items from one email list and two from the other. So still waiting for 10 items (4 not mentioned on the emails at all)
But the payment moved MUCH more swiftly and was taken on 29th December.
Should I still be waiting on 27th February I will send an anniversary card; two days later I'll report a robbery.

On receiving an e mail telling me cutting folders I had been waiting for months had come into stock, I ordered within ten minutes of e mail, after 3 weeks of waiting and of taking my money I had recieved nothing, on phoning Crafters Companian I am told that the e mail was a mistake and my money should of been refunded, but they could see it had been not, if I had not phoned them I would still be sponsoring Crafters Companion.
Very let down, and still cannot use my cutting machine because of lack of stock.
