I’ve ordered 5 separate pieces from Crooked Howlet, and loved every single one, the customer service has been amazing, and when I’ve stopped by the store the team is super friendly

I've had five rings made at Crooked Howlet and every time the rings have been perfect. I live in the US and they still got my rings to me within a few days once they had been made. I will always go through them for custom rings.

On their website as well as confirmation emails, it states that they would complete rings within 15 business days - there confirmation email even confirms the 15 days with personalisation.

I order 2 rings for a special occasion, factoring in the timelines in order to get it for a gift. When 20 business days had passed, I reached out to them to enquire what was happening. They then said it takes an additional 7 days for personalised rings. So I challenged this and said I would like to cancel the rings as no where does it state this and that the confirmation email stated 15 business working days.

They then didn't respond to my email and dispatched the ring a few days later (23 business days). I then emailed again asking for a response and how / where do I send the rings back. More than a week later, zero response!

Yes their jewelers work hard and they produce great rings, however I would not recommend going with them due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.

I purchased the wabi sabi monthly exclusive ring. I am surprised to see negative reviews on here, the customer service from enquiry, purchase and ring arrival was fantastic.
The ring itself is amazing and is extremely well designed. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning jewelry with equally helpful staff - special mention to Reece who was my main contact and who was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole design stage and including having the rings re-sized as our size was wrong. I will absolutely be purchasing from Crooked Howlet Designs again. Craftsmanship and quality are next to none!

They sent me the wrong ring and it took three months for it to arrive. They won’t accept it for return because it’s beyond their money back guarantee period. Never replies to emails, customer service is non existent. Absolutely disgraceful.

Quality jewellery but be aware, if you are not in Australia you will be hit with a heavy import tax payment which is NOT included in the delivery charge. Prepare to spend no less than $200 altogether...

Website states: “ All our rings can be resized! If the ring is new and unworn, it is covered by the Perfect Fit Guarantee”.

However they’ve ignored my emails for over two weeks now. Even if they won’t resize/replace, it’d be nice to actually receive a response. They have enough time to repeatedly send out marketing emails though.
I thought I was onto a winner with this company as the designs are good (a testament to the independent designers NOT the company) however the customer service and communication needs dramatic improvement.

This was my first purchase from CH and will certainly not be my last!
Communication was fantastic and given the fact that covid had taken a big hit on them and everyone else they did so well. They must be a well oiled machine. To look at their web site is awesome, showing all aspects of design through to the end result, which you can track at any time. Well crafted, Great people, = happy me. 🙏🏼

I order two rings from these guys for a milestone birthday for my son, well ahead of his birthday. A week before the date, I contacted them to follow-up on the order and was told that they have added a priority to my order to be rushed however given the hand made to order production process, they can't make any absolute guarantees but they will try their best. Three weeks later, no delivery received nor was there any communication from them so I followed up again. They then gave me some excuse about dispatch issues and advised that they processed another order to rush through production and ship within a week! It is rather disappointing that they made no attempt to communicate the delays with me and even more disappointing that they showed no empathy that my son did not receive the gifts he requested! Won't be using them again.

Absolutely love this shop. Their products are incredible and their customer care is truly amazing. Lost a ring I bought a while ago from them and was bummed seeing it was discontinued on their website, contacted their team and they made another one for me despite it not being listed on their website. A+ customer care, and incredible jewelry!

I made my first purchase with this brilliant brand a few months ago. I instantly fell in love with the craftsmanship, customer service & variation in available designs.

The CHD team go the extra mile and have no issues with getting their fans involved in the design process, often asking for opinions on what we want to see.

My experience with this company was simply amazing, I had have to wait for order to arrive like almost 2 months not gonna lie, but you have to understand the circumstances with the Covid 19 and the amount of rules and restrictions have been created bcs of it. Customer service replied back to me in within a day, when I have asked about the progress of my order, they nicely apologized for my wait and they have explained me that their company was under staffed due to covid regulations. Other than this, I simply cannot complain about the product, it arrived in a nice velvet bag, I also want to mention that the display was simply amazing. I also like the amount of care they put in their products, I can tell you that their jewellery is top quality with a lot of care put in.

I placed my order on 29/08/2020 but still have not receive my order ,Almost 30 days ago!
You have such a poor customer service and I’ll definitely leave a negative feedback for you on google , stay a way from their scammy website
