From first point of contact 2 mins within store browsing for new laptop your representative Abbi was extremely helpful and amiable respecting our lack of tech knowledge. He was delightful and spent time showing and explaining benefits of computers of interest. We followed through with a purchase with setting up new computer purchase . It was beneficial that Abbi was secured to do this for us. We would like to express our thanks to Abbi.

My purchase was achieved quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained fully and transaction completed in a short time.

Easy to place an order for a refurbished Laptop by Currys fit local collection, it took two days, which I believe is normal.
The advert in the store does not mention any items coming with the Laptop, so I was sceptical but due to the £899, I believed all would be ok. On collection, which was after work I asked what was in the box & was invited to item it after the purchase was complete. So, what was in the box? An extremely nice Laptop, as expected, a pen & pen holder, apparently from Lenovo in this type of Laptop, that's it... No way to charge this expensive refurbished Laptop? I asked why there was no power supply & obviously this customer service person couldn't reply. She did she me adapters that might be compatible but didn't really know what I needed. From £40 up. So, the result, I have had to order one from Amazon from Lenovo that might be similar or wait another 4 days to get the exact one for£30, not ideal as the laptop after initial loading etc & a couple of hours use is nearly out of battery. I think, this is as poor show Currys. All Laptops come with some way to charge back up surely, still, I've got the useless pen and holder I may never use & didn't want 🤦

Bought next morning delivery for £10, they showed two days later after cancelling late in the evening on the first day (making me wait all day).

The unit is clearly B stock, box and wrapper have been opened (previous tape on box and plastic wrap).

Just a lazy and dishonest company these days. We won't buy from you again.
