Good but with miniscule issues
The sticky tape wasn't cut properly and the strap itself feels a bit too long (could be because I went for the 1.4mm version). Had to readjust where I stuck it to my headphones. That aside, the strap made my Edition XS so much more comfortable to wear for longer. Shipped on time. Would recommend

I have written to customer service…
I have written to customer service several times regarding a return or refund. I haven't received a response in nearly three weeks.The product did not meet my expectations.
Update:A few days later, I replied to the email mentioned in the response—first in German and then again in English. There was no further response to my reply. It was only after I left a negative review that they immediately responded to the email and initiated a refund. The problem was resolved.
