The balanced headphone cables arrived within the time quoted. They are extremely well made and are sounding great through my headphone amp. Really pleased I dealt with Custom Cans.

The emails and updates on my order for new balanced cable for my Audeze LCD-5's was fast and exact.

Excellent service

An enthusiastic customer from Germany: You saved my first-generation Beyerdynamic T5s! This is top-tier tuning! Luckily, I didn't listen to my wife, who thought it was a bit crazy to send headphones to UK for modification. The original cables were poor quality; they had already been replaced by a specialist shop in Germany once, only to fail again shortly after. I sent them in to Custom Cans to be converted to detachable connectors and fitted with a comfortable headband, and ordered the matching braided cables to go with them. The conversion itself was done in a flash, and Royal Mail provided excellent tracking updates. Unfortunately, the package was intercepted by German customs, and because I had paid over €150, a bureaucratic madness ensued. I had to drive to the Darmstadt main customs office and was forced to fill out a full customs declaration. It’s certainly no fun—especially all that annoying nonsense and waste of time just to squeeze €30 in import VAT out of me. I’d still highly recommend not letting that put you off, though, because the result of the modification is truly top-notch.

The head the headphones turned out beautifully I absolutely love them to bitsand pieces thank you so much They are replacing my ancient . HD 25-11-ii Pair which have lasted me well over 20 years I can't quite remember when I got them but I am so happy with the work you've done thank you Mark .

Always as fast a delivery as possible. HD25 mod Kit was straight forward ti fit. Gives a nice cintrolled boost to the base and infeel a slight leveling on the mids. Top solution.

Purchased a 3d printed comfort support strap for a Beyerdynamic 770. It works perfectly to alleviate the painful hotspot on the top of my head when using the headphones all day. Excellent product.
