Second set of wheels I've ordered from Custom Offsets on less than a year. Amazing company with excellent service. I will be loyal customer for life.

Customer service was excellent! They were able to answer all the questions I had. Their website is also very helpful understanding the proper fitment of the rims and tires they sell. My rims and tires arrived very well packaged. I 100% recommend Custom Offsets.

Great company! Bought two sets of tires and a set of wheels. zero complaints whatsoever.

Sent me 3 correct wheels and 1 incorrect wheel. Would not take back the incorrect wheel and I had to buy a replacement wheel. Also noticed that customer service was so busy it took me 2 days to get through to a representative. If you have other options I would choose them.

Took care of my concerns in a timely and respectful manner.

Extremely disappointed with my experience and the way this company handles customer issues and safety concerns.

Most recently, I purchased a set of 40” tires totaling approximately $3,600 through Affirm. Due to an address issue tied to my Affirm profile, the tires were returned to the company before I ever received or took possession of them. Despite the merchandise being returned to their possession and able to be resold, I was still charged approximately $900 in deductions/restocking fees. I understand oversized freight has costs, but charging nearly 25% of an order for merchandise a customer never received feels excessive and unfair.

What makes this even more frustrating is this is not my first issue with products purchased through this company.

I previously purchased a lift kit where the powder coating/paint prematurely failed and peeled within about a year. When I reached out, I was essentially told the company does not care and takes no responsibility.

I also purchased tires through this company and experienced major safety concerns. I had a tire bubble/failure within approximately 6 months and was told by an employee that it was my fault and I “must have hit something,” which I absolutely did not. I was told there was nothing they could do except buy another tire, and at no point was I informed about any manufacturer warranty process.

Later, I found out there actually was a manufacturing warranty that was never mentioned to me. Since then, I have had similar issues across multiple tires — a total of 5 tires showing the same type of problems. To me, this raises serious safety concerns. Tires are not just cosmetic — failures like bubbling, cracking, or defects can put lives at risk. Someone could have been seriously injured or killed if a failure happened at highway speed.

I tried to resolve these issues directly, but customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage customers to carefully review policies, understand warranty coverage, and think carefully before making a purchase.

Ordered a set of dx4 rebel wheels online , the process was as simple as it gets , I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner at a reasonable price compared to the other online retailers and they have a lot of options.

This is an update to my first review. They have redeemed themselves thanks to Geena with the sales management team. She called me after reading my first review with her goal being to help me by resolving the problem I had to experience with my dealings with Jackie in the returns department. Geena was very kind and has great customer service skills. She went ahead and returned the rest of my money that Jackie deducted ($2100 spent and $1200 returned) now I will be receiving the $900 that was taken from me. Geena also told me she will discount my purchase price on another set of wheels and tires that she will guarantee their Fitment if I choose to shop with them again. Thank you Geena you’re a great person and I appreciate you. I know your company appreciates you too. The way you handled the situation was 5 star. I gave you guys a 4 star rating due to Jackie but other than her I give you guys a 5 star rating

Everything was as promised and on time.

Buying process was great. Competitive prices and they have a ton of inventory. Site is well laid out. I had some issues with quite old tires being shipped with my wheels and customer service was great in the end and im happy with the outcome. They made it right.

Original Review: Beware they ship tires up to 6 years old from their warehouse. If your buying performance tires this is a major issue as some tracks wont even let you run with tires that old.

I have ordered a few different items from Custom Offsets. Always get what I expect. Yesterday, I received my latest order, no problem with order, however, shipping company did not tell me it was coming, didn't let me know it was delivered, the only confirmation I received was a message from Custom offsets requesting a review. At least they were aware it had been delivered! Nothing negative to say, just a little confused as to why there wasn't any communication from shipping.
