Great experience I ordered my wheels and tires on the 28th of March and had them on my SUV the 1st of April. Its my first time using Custom Offsets and let me tell you sitting at a tire store waiting for a mount and balance is a thing of the past. Its pretty sweet ordering a set of wheels and tires and having them show up mounted balance and ready to go. Highly highly impressed!!

Ordered a set of new wheels and lo and behold, one came w the box busted open and the wheel damaged in not 1, but 2 different spots. Something hit it hard enough to bust through the rim guard on the front rim of the wheel and the back of the rim as well. Purchased shipping protection and guess what, they can’t replace the rim because they’re back ordered now and if possible they asked if id do a $50 reimbursement. Those options or I can send the whole set back to get a different set…awesome. Make sure you look up reviews about custom offsets before ordering. If not, you will be inconvenienced with the back and forth of unfair reimbursement or having to ship everything back to their warehouse in California at the cost of your own. It seems like they purposely send defective or blemished wheels to people because they know they’ll give customers such a hard time with the return process, the people will just end up keeping them. Horrible business, horrible quality control, and horrible course of action for customers.
***UPDATE***April 7th
They are reimbursing $100 for the damaged wheel. Just going to keep the set up. Huge waste of time to keep going back and forth. For future reference just give a full refund for any wheels that are damaged. Especially when pictures are taken the same day, claim was submitted same day (while the delivery man was still there) and all the steps were followed per your site.

Easy ordering, Wheels shipped on time. When i received the wheels, the box containing the lugnuts had broken open and put chips in the clear coat of a brand new polished wheel. I sent a note to customer service after hours on a Sunday, they responded next day, shipped a brand new wheel and lugnuts, didn’t ask for the old to be shipped back. Fantasic customer service that is hard to find these days! Strongly reccommend!

The wheels and tires came exactly how I expected. They were packaged extremely well and shipped on time. The tires were balanced perfectly and everything was ready to be put on super easy.

It’s as simple as pick your wheel & tire setup and press confirm order. I received my wheels and just installed them on my truck and it looks amazing! They sent me all the hardware needed to do so and ceramic coated my wheels for an easier clean. Very pleased with their service and will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs wheels!

I would recommend them to anyone. There was a wheel that had some scratches on it. They informed me of the issue before they were shipped. The issue was resolved. I was impressed with their customer service.

Overall, everything arrived in excellent condition with no issues. The headers, cold air intake, and tires were all in perfect shape, and I’m very satisfied with the quality.

That said, after spending approximately $1,800, I was hoping there might have been some complimentary merchandise included, such as a shirt or sticker.

Nonetheless, I appreciate the great service and product quality—this is exactly why I continue to purchase from your company.

Custom offsets provided excellent customer service and great price on the wheels and tires I bought from them. After researching on their website the wheels and tires I wanted, I called them to make sure I was ordering the correct setup for my car. They made a suggestion on the tire size that worked out better. I received my setup almost a week ahead of the original scheduled delivery time. I highly recommend Custom Offsets!
