Cycle Solutions Reviews

Communication and advice was great. Team responded to each request and also kept me updated

Ordering my bike was such an easy process from start to finish, delivery was on time and all instructions included to assemble. Absolutely no complaints and so happy with the service :)

Excellent service from Cycle Solutions for my Cycle to Work e-bike purchase and delivery. The bike was all set up, instructions for attaching pedals and straightening the handlebars were clear. I appreciated the call from staff regarding the delivery schedule and they also provided me with further information regarding insuring the bike.

experience from start to finish, was easy, lots of clear communication throughout the order. the information after delivery on how to connect parts, very easy to understand. i was able to change my delivery day that suited me, when delivered the delivery man helped bring the item inside the house. after care emails have been received with information regarding security and insurance for items.

I didn't find the selection of bikes available adequate. This meant that I need to buy though a partner for which the process isn't as easy as it could be. Rating 3*, then discount a star for the manner in which the review request came in. Holding 5*s in the subject line feels like there's an expectation to score the service more highly than it deserves, which could mislead other users. I find this poor.

Very efficient, bike arrived quickly and was fully assembled except pedals. Would use again.

Very responsive to my questions and good instruction on how to navigate my organisation's process with the retailer.

Picked up bike. Staff very helpful and friendly

Always polite and professional. Used for quite a few years now. Would recommend

My bike is amazing quality, and exactly as described on the website. My contact with Cycle Solutions staff to organise delivery was prompt, clear, friendly and helpful. Not a hitch in the entire process!

Cycle solutions were excellent. The process was extremely fast and the staff were lovely in each interaction. The whole process couldn't have been smoother and I've been enjoying my new bike in the sun!

Well after all my issues I had just went to fit the mudguards they supposedly gave me, did get an emailed invoice though, they don't even fit my bike!

easy to order, knowledgeable staff who check order with you, prompt turnaround for delivery and delivered on time and in good condition

Absolutely brilliant experience with Cycle Solutions from start to finish. The whole process of ordering my new e-bike was really straightforward and the delivery was much quicker than I expected.

The bike arrived in perfect condition and was ready to go with no problems at all. I’ve been absolutely loving it since it arrived!
