bike arrived a day late. it was delivered to the door, rung door bell and walked away. leaving a very expensive bike alone. when it was opened the bike was damaged.

Did not have required tools OR a UK charging plug!!
I cannot fault the pre-sale and delivery service. That was amazing from start to finish. However, when I received the cycle, it did not have the correct tools (it needed a star Allen key) to complete the set up. Secondly, despite being bought via a UK government dept, from a supplier in Wales, to delivery in Scotland, the charger did NOT come with a UK plug on the charging lead. I have since bought a set of Allen keys and a new charging lead from Amazon, and the bike itself is amazing. Absolutely ZERO problems or complaints otherwise

Excellent service and speedy delivery.
I found the whole purchase process easy and the service from the team at Cycle Solutions was first class. They supported me with getting the order delivered within a week, and were very friendly over the phone. This speedy service was helped by my employer's fast response and my order which was in stock and available, but nevertheless a fantastic experience and I will definitely shop again with Cycle Solutions.
