The team at Cycles UK in Watford has been exceptional. I brought in my Cannondale bike for a silver service with some add-ons, and the work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Their after-service support is outstanding, with excellent communication via email and phone. Will, Connor and Mike, who handled my service, are true experts/gentlemen and treated my bike almost as if it was their own. The silver service pricing is excellent value for the quality of service provided(worth every penny) . I trust and recxomended these professionals and whole Cycles UK Watford team.

Overall very bad experience.Ordered a bike for my sons 4th birthday was unable to give to him because there was no pedals or stabilizers in box.After numerous emails and phone calls cycles uk agreed to send some out,Wrong pedals sent completely different colour, No option left but to return bike.Then get charged £35 out of my refund for the cost of return,ridiculous if i could give no stars i would.

Overpriced Repairs and Poor Communication

I had a very disappointing experience with Cycles UK Greenwich. I brought my bike in for a simple issue with the gears and wheel. Instead of addressing the specific problems, they conducted a full inspection and told me the bike was in "very bad shape," claiming it would cost £400 to fix everything. They also charged £15 for the inspection, even though I found the repair estimate absurd.

What doesn’t make sense is that if they truly believed my bike was in such bad condition, why didn’t they inform me about this upfront? Instead, they waited until the inspection was complete to surprise me with the high repair cost. This lack of communication felt unfair and misleading.

Afterward, I took the bike to Evelyn Wharf Cycles in Greenwich, where they offered to fix the key issues for just £25! Comparing their proposal to the inspection report from Cycles UK, it’s clear that Cycles UK inflated the repair scope and costs by recommending unnecessary replacements.

I cannot recommend their services based on this experience. Their pricing and communication were disappointing, and I suggest others seek alternative shops like Evelyn Wharf Cycles for more reasonable estimates.
