Talked to Steve in Customer Service and he was great. I have been away from drumming for about 20 years but had played drums for over 25 years in my earlier years. Steve took the time and went over some other ProMark options that might work for me with I really appreciated. Customers service reps like Steve will keep me coming back for more ProMark sticks.

Great customer service experience with Taylor at customer service. Love their strings, the only strings I use on my guitars.

I had a problem with one of the evans head the black strip on the inside was coming off, I emailed them and Hailey got back to me and was very understanding and she took care of the problem asap I've been buying evans heads love them and this experience made me love them more.

Exceptional service from start to resolution from Hailey, everything was done in a timely manner regardless of the time difference (UK to USA) and helpful at all times.

I've been using D'addario strings for the past 20+ years and each time the service has been great and I'm glad to say the streak continues.

It's always nice to know that a company like this doesn't just rely on its brand and appears to invest in its customer service.

Steve was a big help we ordered wrong snare wires and he helped us get he right pair.

George recently helped me out after I had gotten a pack of strings, where a few were really gross. He had shipped the strings that were gross and on top of that gave me a free pack.

He was kind, helpful, and definitely strengthened my image of the brand as a whole. Thanks George!

I had a wonderful experience talking to George from consumer support. I wrote in to get help figuring out a set of strings for a short scaled plastic guitar from outdoor ukulele and he went above and beyond helping me figure out what I needed. He took the time to talk to me on the phone to explain his thinking and offered to send me a few different sets of strings to help me figure out the best option. I was not expecting any of this so I was pleasantly surprised I got direct help from George. He was great and I’m sure anyone who writes in have a great experience. The turner I got diplays A on every note on my bass and I been around and around with George till I'm over it, I'm going through Chemo for the next four months and the cancer is easier to deal with than George.

I have a long time memory so will just figured I threw my money away on more China crap and this also reflexes on Amazon as they now have so many vendors you can't get refunds from anymore

Hands down the best acoustic guitar strings I've ever used! Same goes for their electric. My first experience with Daddario wasn't great due to the strings being on a floor model and the guitar didn't sound good so I assumed it was the strings. Boy was I wrong! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding as well! George is awesome! Anytime I've had the slightest issue they've made it more than right! Very few issues in the time that I've been using these strings. When you know you know 💯 I know they are the only strings that brings so much life to my already great sounding guitars!

I've been using "Select Jazz" reeds for sometime now on my soprano, alto & tenor sax jazz gigs and they've always been great; until the last batch! These "organic: cane reeds are absolutely horrible! For example, the 2H on tenor alto AND soprano all play softer than the old 2S. the 3H plays softer than the old 2M.
This has left me AND my students scrambling to find an alternative manufacturer and considering it took years to fin a reed that worked well with my Syos mouthpieces and produced the tonal variations I was seeking I am disappointed to say the least.
it makes absolutely no sense to mess with a tried and proven formula for the sake of the "Organic" name fad.

Amazing customer service!!!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size drum head and have no use for it. After a short description of my issue over the web form and 2 working days of waiting, I received the lovely message stating that a new head was being sent to me in the correct size, and that incorrectly sized head can be kept by me to give to another drummer that needs it. All at no cost to me! This is a perfect example of great customer service. I feel bad that this is at the cost to the company so hope this review makes it to the right people!

So thank you very much for your service D'addario and I will be continuing to use your products into the far future!
