Poor levels of customer service and management
Poor levels of customer service! And strongly dissatisfied with the service that manager has provided. I doubt whether I spoke a real Manager or a AI advisor. Had a corner dining bench delivered in 2023. After sitting on the bench for a few months leather surfaces cracked and it’s clearly material defect and faux leather failure. So after 8 months of waiting Danetti exchanged it with a new one. It’s my fault, I shouldn’t have trusted this company and should have accepted refund that they offered. But I trusted this company and I loved my corner dining bench due to its attractive design. But this only outside . From inside this product points directly to leather failure and material lacks structural strength. Normal sitting shouldn't cause good leather to fracture this early. Really disappointed with this design and bench. Nearly spent 1 thousand on it but couldn’t even use it properly for a year. I do not recommend this product.

We would like to clarify that your case is currently being dealt with by the Manager of our Customer Care team and has therefore been escalated to the highest level within the business.
The original item was replaced following an investigation which confirmed a genuine manufacturing defect. However, the subsequent replacement item was not reported as damaged until almost 20 months after it was delivered. Following our investigation of the information and images provided, the damage does not appear to be consistent with a manufacturing defect.
As a result, we have requested that an independent assessment is carried out on the item to establish the cause of the damage. Should this assessment confirm that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to reimburse the reasonable cost of the assessment and review the case to determine an appropriate resolution for you.
We would also like to address your comments regarding our team. Our staff do their very best to assist customers within the scope of their roles and responsibilities, and we expect them to be treated with respect while doing so. Comments suggesting that members of our team are incapable of carrying out their roles, or accusations that they are not genuine members of staff and in fact AI, are inappropriate and will not be tolerated.
We hope this clarifies the steps that have been taken and the reason an independent assessment is required.
Appalling service
Appalling service! Don't trust this company. They delivered a headboard and siderails and not the actual bed base. Weeks later with promises of delivery and nothing has materialised. I have cancelled my order and awaiting a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

great product selection and price
great product selection and price. let down by a terrible delivery service supplied by AIT Home delivery. Boxes generally come damaged & dirty in a battered old van so be warned if you have them deliver and you have light color carpets get them covered to avoid damage like we have had. Danetti you need to change your delivery company as i am sure they are damaging your brand, product and overall customer experience.

Bought a table from Danetti
Bought a table from Danetti, 9 months on the table started to wobble, on investigation the top had become loose from the pedestal ( bit dangerous really as top is extremely heavy) to be told we need to get someone out to do a report, which I’m guessing at our cost!! We’ve sent pictures and videos already, really disappointed with this after sales, and we was about to order dining room furniture but definitely won’t be now after this

As the table is now over six months old, we would need an independent assessment to be carried out in this instance before we can determine the cause of the issue and decide on any further action. Initially, due to the age of the product, the cost of this assessment would need to be covered by the customer.
However, if the independent assessment confirms that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we would be more than happy to review the case and work with you towards a suitable resolution. In this situation, we would also reimburse the reasonable cost of the engineer's assessment.
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but in this instance the assessment is necessary for us to establish the cause of the issue before we can take any further action. I did not recieve my order. It was only samples but if samples cannot be delivered then that makes me lack confidence in future deliveries

It's possible that the Bank Holiday has caused some delays within the postal service, so we hope it reaches you very shortly.
If you could contact our Customer Care team, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you and, if necessary, re-dispatch the swatch so that you can receive it as soon as possible.
We'd also like to reassure you that Royal Mail is not used for our standard furniture deliveries. Furniture orders are delivered by a dedicated two-man delivery team, so we wouldn't want any delay with a swatch delivery to give you the impression that your furniture order would be handled in the same way.

Faulty £900 bed and incredibly poor…
Faulty £900 bed and incredibly poor after-sales service
I really like the bed itself, but unfortunately the after-sales service has been extremely poor.
After waiting around 6 weeks and spending almost £900, the bed arrived with a faulty bracket causing visible misalignment. I provided clear photographs, but have now spent almost 2 weeks repeatedly explaining the same issue and receiving standard responses asking for information I physically cannot access without lifting or dismantling an extremely heavy, fully assembled king-size ottoman bed.
After all of this, I was offered a £20 in-store voucher as a “goodwill gesture” — meaning I would need to spend even more money with Danetti — while the actual product fault remains unresolved.
For context, Danetti has recently been offering the same bed at 10% off, yet £20 store credit is apparently their proposed gesture for a customer who paid full price and received a faulty one.
Really disappointing experience. I’m still hoping Danetti will offer a reasonable resolution and will happily update this review if they do.

First of all it’s your customer service which I’ve found second to none.We ordered a dining table and a coffee table which are fantastic but unfortunately when we had them for a few days we realised the coffee table just wasn’t the right fit so we are returning the coffee table which when talking to their customer service service was no problem.
