Have not brought anything from the company

Everything went wrong - table ordered for 4 weeks - after payment they tell you 12 weeks waiting period. Then the circus starts - delivery company working with Danetti is a joke - they don’t deliver the item and want to leave it downstairs. Worst thing, the items were damaged. This happened 4 times. I reached out to Danetti and the delivery company and everytime they were saying yes this time it will work out - and finally I decided to get my money back because I was tired of the lack of professionalism. Of course Danetti will never compensate you for the waste of time. Avoid at all costs…

Good quality and well made furniture! Delivery service efficient and fast. I will buy from Danetti again.

Gorgeous console table (Toronto dark ash). As I was ordering online I was a bit nervous about the quality, but it really exceeded my expectations. It looks and feels like excellent quality furniture. I am planning to travel to their showroom to choose our new dining chairs. Danetti seems to be one of those rare gem of stores that actually sells good quality gorgeous furniture online without the inflated price tag of high end designers. I am a fan!

Great product and quality outstanding. Great service. It takes a while to arrive, however the initial delivery timelines were longer than the actual.

I waited six weeks for my Danetti Eden two-seater and, visually, it is absolutely stunning. The moss-green chenille is beautiful, the cushions are huge and comfortable, and I genuinely love the sofa. Unfortunately, the design of the modular connection — or rather, the complete absence of one — is ridiculous.

The “two-seater” consists of two entirely separate modules with absolutely nothing connecting them. No hooks, clips, brackets or interlocking fittings.

Danetti’s website says to “simply slot the frames together.” In ordinary English, slotting two components together implies that one part fits or engages with another in some way. Simply pushing two independent pieces of furniture next to each other is not “slotting together”. My previous modular sofa from DFS actually did slot together, using simple metal fittings that secured the modules to each other.

Even more bizarrely, the manufacturer’s packaging for the Eden explicitly states “with no connector”. So Danetti knows that the modules are deliberately manufactured without a connection, yet this important fact is not made clear to customers before purchase.

And this isn’t just semantics. When lying on the sofa, normal movement can push the modules apart and leave them misaligned. I then have to push my brand-new sofa back together.

Danetti offered to take it back, but after waiting six weeks, paying for delivery and potentially having to pay a collection charge, I am not returning a sofa that I otherwise love.

Instead, after paying a substantial amount of money for a brand-new sofa, I now have to source, organise and pay for my own solution simply to keep the two halves of my two-seater together. Frankly, that is ridiculous.

Danetti: if your modules have “no connector”, say so clearly on the product page. And please don’t describe frames as “slotting together” when nothing slots into anything.

Beautiful sofa, but a thoroughly disappointing experience. I will certainly not be using Danetti again.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Damaged Product and Extremely Poor Communication.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.
The dining table I received was damaged and defective, with visible damage to the extension mechanism, frame and connecting areas.
I contacted the seller to report the problems and request a return and full refund, but unfortunately the communication has been extremely poor. No answer to email whatsoever.
I expected to receive a good-quality, undamaged product and reasonable customer service when there was a problem. Instead, I have been left disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of communication from the seller.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience and hope they resolve this matter by arranging the return and issuing my full refund.

Quick delivery of samples can’t wait to choose a bed!

I asked for two samples. The apricot chenille and the caramel plush fabrics.
I got the apricot - which I’m afraid is more brown than apricot, and a natural boucle fabric in place of the caramel plush fabric.
This wasn’t very helpful and means I will have to reorder to make a decision.

Order process was straightforward and dispatched quickly. Delivery was on time. Furniture was good quality and as described.

Delivered on time. Delivery drivers excellent and quality of chairs great.

Only ordered swatches at the moment as waiting to exchange contract on new house and get a date for moving. But swatches came quickly. Will be ordering as soon as I know.

I was so impressed with the quality of the table! It’s really straight forward to put together but surprisingly heavy so definitely requires 2 people. No complaints, highly recommended.

I was so disappointed to only receive half of the items I ordered.. my partner took a day off work to wait for the delivery especially!
When I called Danetti I was told that there had been a delay/miscommunication from the warehouse. I was told I needed to wait 72 hours for an update about my order. It would have been much better to call me to let me know that I was only going to receive half of my order and I could have waited until the whole order could come at the same time. This now means one of us has to take another day off work to wait in for the delivery. Annoying

Bought the sofa in June delivered in mid-September.
Lack of communication.
Had to chase Danetti a few times to see what was happening with our order. One person said delivery was going to be end of August and then when we heard nothing, I chased again and then was told September. The website was saying delivery of the sofa 7-10days. Apparently there was an issue but this was never communicated to us.
Shame because the sofa is great and we had considered buying a new bed from them as well but from the sheer lack of communication and then lack of empathy, we will be looking elsewhere.

We recently purchased a corner chaise sofa from Danetti Furniture, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We originally found the sofa online and loved its design, but we wanted to see and feel it in person before making a decision. Conveniently, their showroom was right on our route, so we stopped by. The showroom is wonderfully set up, showcasing a fantastic range of high-quality, beautifully designed furniture. During our visit, we were assisted by a wonderful sales team member named Joa. She was extraordinarily friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the entire showroom, showing us all the sofa designs both downstairs and upstairs, with a special focus on the one we had our eye on. While walking us through, she also introduced the company’s background and history. Learning that their in-house design team actually works in the very same building gave us so much confidence—it truly made Danetti feel like a high-end, thoughtful, and highly tasteful furniture brand. Before we left, she gave us fabric samples to take home to double-check the color. Her warm and professional service made a huge impression on us.
After checking the samples at home, we made our decision. One of the biggest advantages of shopping with Danetti Furniture is that in-stock items are delivered in just a few days—no painful 6 to 12-week wait times! While there was a tiny glitch with the external delivery company during the process, Danetti Furniture’s customer service team handled it brilliantly. We reached out to them, and they quickly rescheduled the delivery. The sofa arrived on time during the second attempt, and the whole delivery experience ended up being great. We are thoroughly impressed with the style and quality of our new sofa—it is extremely comfortable without being too deep—as well as the exceptional customer care provided
