Stephen Nutter of the Davies group made our claim easy, straightforward & speedy which was all done by telephone having made the initial claim online to Ripe Insurance. Steve made it personal & informative & within 19 minutes he had checked & confirmed all the information verbally which we had sent from our initial questionnaire . We had attached all photos & invoices which were requested which is important & sped up the claim. The payment is now on its way. Thank you Steve 🤩

I have only given 1 star because I can’t give lower,I have had a mains water leak that should be covered in my policy, it has taken nearly 3 months to discover a leak that the water board already discovered and is losing 200 litres an hour recorded by the water board , we have been waiting for the insurance group to give the go ahead for repairs but now it has come to expense of repairs they have said that I am not covered because it’s down to wear and tear.( Who replaces there pipe work every 20/30 years to avoid wear and tear) out claims coordinator was Diane Davies that dealt with our claim, to this day there has never ever been an excavation of the pipe work that they say is copper but due to the age of the house I am 99°/° sure it is lead.I thought insurance companies are supposed to help when needed but all they have done is delayed the repair. I have been with this company unfortunately for over 10 years without one claim ( shame on me)

Had to make a claim on my bike as someone stole the handlebars when it was locked up. Dale Jay handled my claim quickly, efficiently and paid the claim in full. Highly recommend - great to not be made to feel ‘guilty’ for claiming on a policy. Thanks for your help Dale!
