I had actually forgotten I had taken out a £35 insurance to protect my £450 excess on my Motor Insurance policy. It was therefore a pleasant surprise when I discovered I could claim this pack.
Also, I found Davies easy to communicate and they paid my claim out very swiftly.

Can not give lower than 1 star what a useles company had a idiot revers his caravan into mine the third party informed myself and the land owner he had done it so went through the insurance company to sort it out they paid me for the clain less the accsess so waited for the access to come back to me but two years down the road no money so after an email or 20 got the answer that he was not insured so they asked me to get his reg number from his car but he has changed that so got intouch with the third party who said he had contaced my insurance and gave them all the details but nothing made a phone call got to speak to a shal we say assistant after asking about the claim seemed to be a bit snoty about it as if to say what is mit mto mdo with you i have now had to put my complaint on here because it is the only way to get an answer because they try to make it look your fault so now it seems i will have to take him to court for my loss

I spoke with Ibrar this morning to pursue my claim for a replacement fridge / freezer.
He was very polite, helpful and made the claim quite easy for me.
I also spoke with another customer service person yesterday who was very pleasant and helpful.

I was insured through cycle plan for my son’s e-bike which was unfortunately stolen off him. Shaunagh delt with my claim with empathy and professionalism. Her kindness and understanding helped me so much. Therefore, I would choose this company again.

I had to cancel my holiday two days before travel due to illness and was dreading making an insurance claim. However, the process online was pretty straightforward and I submitted it on Wednesday afternoon with the relevant documentation. I was astounded when I had an email the next morning which indicated my claim had been processed and settled and the money appeared in my bank account the next day. Very impressed with their efficiency.

The service I got from Davies Group after initially logging my claim for the theft of my e-bike to final payout was professional, and most of all rapid. I would strongly recommend using Davies Group again. I was insured through Cycleplan, the insurer recommended by Halfords who I bought the bike from 2 years ago. I will make sure I use them again to insure my new cycle.

I initially spoke to Katy regarding my dishwasher replacement claim. She was very professional, pleasant and clear regarding the available options, linking the offered appliance to the list of preferences I had forwarded, agreeing I could take time to consider the options.
I rang back and spoke to Mohammad, again professional, clear and very pleasant, painstakingly checking every detail. He took time to check that every detail met with my expectations.

What an awful company. My father had a massive stroke, my mother who's in her 70s has been getting the run around. emails numerous phone calls. We are now 4 months down the line.
