The seemingly simple process of replacing a broken cooker with a new one has not been simple . First day off for Curry’s delivery was the 9th October . The delivery man unpacked and was horrified the new one was damaged . In real time he arranged for the 15th . Day off number 2 . I emailed sbs ending up having to call them at lunch . A disinterested chap tells me curry’s have not updated . I get an email from sbs with 40 mins left on the alleged “ delivery slot “ NOONE CAME . My experience with SBS was excellent. Very quick to respond. And very easy to understand instructions for what I needed to do to get my claim completed as fast as possible. Paige Steadman helped me with everything I needed, and I’m extremely impressed with her professionalism and understanding of my situation. Very pleased indeed.

After making my initial claim to the insurer I was contacted by BSB Ins Services within a few hours, arrangements were made to collect the damaged items and submit them for assessment. The collection was made the next working day and I was kept informed of progress by Owen throughout the process. The service throughout was exemplary.

Owen Clark was an excellent claim handler. He was very responsive over email and phone. Any issues were responded to very quickly and he chased the suppliers up for me which was greatly appreciated. My claim was resolved within three working days, which is quite incredible thank you.

I was worried when Owen called that it was a scam and he was v patient with me while I checked my emails to ensure he was bona fide. He then turned into my fairy godmother and told me I could get the money back for the electrical items that were stolen. This was great news at last. He was kind and very professional.
