Dan was so helpful for my mum and her claim 908582 for her tv as she was heartbroken when it was damaged and broke. Dan communicated to us by email and phone and help us out all the way couldn’t thanked him enough. Mum was worried being 81 but we sorted it out and her new tv is on the way so she is over the moon thank you so much for your service .

My insurance claim was handled very efficiently, and in a much shorter timescale than I had anticipated. My claim was for the replacement of a dual fuel gas/electric cooker, and George, the claim handler, explained that I would be covered for the installation cost as well, which I was not expecting. Overall an excellent experience.

This insurance claim was dealt with swiftly and professionally from start to finish. From the first phone call to the last interaction, my situation was listened to and dealt with appropriately and it included holiday deadlines for me too. I have even been paid out by the insurance company all less than a week of making the initial phone call. I could not be happier with the result

All we can say is thank you so very much to Melanie and the team at SBS Insurance (claim # 905200) who have replaced the diamond that had somehow come out of my wife's engagement ring and returned her ring looking brand new, the smile on my wifes face as she said I will/do again was precious. Our situation was quite complex but Pav with colleagues coordinated events smoothly with us. Paul and Pav helped with the specifics of replacing our damaged goods. It was really good to speak with Pav today to get all the final elements of the claim lined up for completion.
