Great product, easily put in place, easy to cut, looks great. Sent very quickly and well wrapped.

Delivery cost was high considering it took 4 working days to arrive. No advice given that the items come from overseas. Customer service was a little abrupt and unsympathetic when I realised the goods wouldn't be delivered within 2 working days. Products are good quality though and this is the second time I have purchased from Davuka

I've shopped with you before and I find your speed of delivery and purchase process quick and easy.

However on this occassion I didnt order the appropriate product for my needs (I'm a consumer not trade) and I found out that not only do I have to pay for a delivery pick-up charge but I have to pay 20% for stock re-allocation into your warehouse. Plus I was reminded to return the 'free' measuring tape that was included in the delivery.

I think you can easily imagine that all of the above leaves a bad taste in the mouth and makes me feel like I've been penalised for making the wrong decision on my coving. The obvious result of that is I will give greater consideration to your competitors when I do make the right choice on my coving depending on their returns policy.

Its a shame as I have used your services twice and was impressed but I'm afraid this time you have guaranteed I wont use you again.

Excellent service. Ordered and delivered in 3 working days. Product looks good quality. Can't say how it fits just yet, because we haven't started the decorating. But have used a similar product before and that was very good.
