Thank you to the lady who I spoke to on Friday afternoon. Needed wallpaper asap and she went into the warehouse to get what I needed as the delivery driver was due any minute. Got the delivery the next day. Superb service.

Brilliant service and quality of wallpaper
I first ordered a sample just to make sure it was ok delivered really fast
Then i ordered my 2 rolls ( small wall) it arrived packed so well was kept up to date of arrival . Quality of paper was brilliant and bonus its ready pasted

Ordered 13 roles of wallpaper for…
Ordered 13 roles of wallpaper for redecorating a room. Used this company as the wallpaper was £90 per role instead of £96 at Jane Clayton. Massive mistake. I've got 3 roles left over and they wont take them back - i read the returns at the time but missed the exception to do with wallpaper. Had i ordered them at Jane Clayton as i usually would, they take back full, packaged roles within their return window. I have loads more wallpaper to order - lesson learnt. Frankly its appalling and I've now got nearly £300 of wallpaper that i don't need. Wont be using this company again and suggest you dont either!

Hello , I'm very sorry that you are not happy with our returns policy.
We do have it clearly marked out on our delivery & returns section of the website that we do not accept part order returns .
We are only a very small independent and the Romo rolls that you brought we order direct from Romo and are unable to return them.
We simply can't offer 25% discount plus part order returns as we wouldn't be able to carry on trading.
We also have a note on the product page that you ordered from that these wallpapers are extra wide and please contact us for quantity advice .
This is to help customers to avoid over ordering these rolls and we would have gladly helped with this.

Massive range in store!
Lucky enough to live close to this shop. Bought the most amazing wallpaper- much thicker and more vibrant than b&q and the same sort of price. The shop is well stocked and has a massive range of wallpapers for all tastes, colour schemes and prices. Staff are very helpful. Worth making the journey!!!

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I needed my wallpaper urgently and called numerous companies and was told that it was a 7-10 day delivery for my chosen paper. This company managed to source and deliver it within two days. They also kept me updated throughout. I was blown away by the service, especially as it was a small order. Thank you very much!
