Initially, I was impressed with their sales as in no pressure tactics. Very casual and pleasing at the time. However, on deciding and purchasing a car from DMC their warranty (3 months/3,000 miles) is not worth the paper it's written on. After a few weeks of owning the car, a headlamp washer unit failed which drained all the windscreen washer reservoir and making the car unusable. Because I live over sixty miles away it would have been impossible for me to drive there and get warranty work carried out. I ended up taking it to my local garage but had to wait over two weeks before they could get it in. DMC agreed on this. The total bill came to almost £194 including Vat - DMC offered me only £58 as they could have sourced a jet washer for £18 and one hours labour (£40). Joke !! That jet washer would have been a cheap Chinese copy when the part that was replaced will have been an original VW/Audi part and they wanted to fix it with a cheap import. They have lied to me from the start and they refuse to budge on their decision. Total and utter contempt for Deeside Motor Centre

We have bought many cars from Deeside Motor Centre over the last few years (decades), The service we have received has always been second to none, the sales team are friendly and knowledgeable, after sales care and advice is readily available and our experience of vehicle service and MOT has always been positive (and the provision of a curtesy car) DMC will always be our first stop on our car search

We bought a car last October after 2 weeks we discovered indicators were wrong right was left and left was right. The car went back after we paid for a report to be done costing us 440 euro. The car we got to drive while waiting for repairs to be done gave up on the motor way. Car came back after 2 weeks then more problems. Lights on back door not working air conditioning not working blue for the diesel tank after getting i6 tested at another cost of 350 to replace would cost 3k. People don't waste your money go elsewhere. The said they would refund us the money for the report well that did not happen. Totally disgusted with staff and owners. They llie

Welcoming staff, from sales/service/workshop personnel, all very approachable, friendly and informative. Deeside Motor Centre offers a very relaxed but professional environment allowing customers to make informed decision without any unnecessary pressure. We were also able to drive our vehicle away the same day. Thank you Will and the team.

My purchase was handled professionally

Went to Deeside Motor Centre to have a look at a 17 plate Volvo XC60, Will the salesman assured me that if I put a £100 holding deposit on the vehicle online it would be repaid within 48 hours, tho 2 weeks later and ignored emails later i am still waiting
Went to view car test drove etc car was lovely however every fianance company said it was overpriced so I ended up not going thru with the deal, and to be honest if the way you have conducted yourselves is anything to go by I'm glad I went elsewhere

Jobs not done on car as agreed. Had to spend 400 on a car that was already overpriced . Rude dismissive staff

Terrible experience with this garage , blatant disregard for any issues after something goes wrong , will not enter into any negotiations they instructed a solicitor straightaway before even exploring issues, which seemed a bit suspicious won’t take calls and asked me not to go to the sales office ! Stated we had no consumer rights and won’t disclose documents going down the ombudsman route now but they aren’t engaging with that either. Potentially will cost me a £15k loss honestly don’t bother with them. Ruthless after point of sale , will probably proceed to court. I wouldn’t trust them and will be sure to never do any business with them again

Efficient and professional process. Will the salesperson was courteous, informative and friendly without being 'over the top'.

Simple transaction, all paperwork and tax done for me , nice relaxed test drive. One minor fault, which was sorted straight away.

Everyone we dealt with at Deeside Motor Centre was friendly, attentive (without being pushy), efficient and professional. The car we wound up buying was completed valeted and a pleasure to drive. Easy to recommend Deesite Motor Centre.

Avoid, had a terrible experience with this company. Took the car to have the air conditioning serviced and regased, as the air conditioning wasn't working, was advertised as £39, was told for my car would be £57, which was fine, was told it will take an hour, it took almost 2, to only be told they had filled it up with gas but can't get the compressor started, handed the keys and told they put gas in the car so I needed to pay even though the air conditioning wasn't working, which was the reason I took it there in the first place, they could have checked the compressor before they started to fill the car with gas! They could have also connected the car to a computer and diagnosed the fault afterwards. They didn't go the extra mile and felt like they just wanted me gone, now they had taken my money, felt like an inconvenience to them.

Avoid, there's better garages out there, who do go the extra mile and not after a quick buck!

Massive thank you to Nathan at Deeside Motor Centre. Nothing was to much trouble. Even having me linger around the office pretty much all day waiting for the finance company. He made sure everything was right with the merc I bought. Nicely valeted before I drove off! Will 100% be coming back for a new one in a few years! Can’t recommend them and Nathan enough.

Found the car on Autotrader and so, as I live 250 miles away, I had to trust that everything was as advertised before travelling by train to collect the car without ever having seen it except in online photos. The photos were accurate, the car well described and immaculately presented and the service I received was first class throughout.
