The orchid is beautiful & very realistic, as is the pebble pot.

TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service. I have sent numerous emails about a bin that became faulty after a couple of months I just wanted a replacement or repair, but all i got back was a automated email stating the item was outside of their 30 day return policy.
I've not changed my mind I just want a bin that works more than a couple of months.
The consumer rights act 2015 clearly states companies are responsible to repair or replace faulty items within six months of purchase, when pointing this out to Denny's shop UK i just received automated replies about their 30 day policy and that they can't do anything to help me, and now they don't even reply.
The 1 star was only because I had to put something to write a review but it would be ZERO.
Customer service do better your there to help your customer's.

DISREPUTABLE THEY REFUSED REFUND. SENT ITEMS VIA EVRI LYING ABOUT WEIGHT each item said to weigh 4 kilos On return they said it was 12 kilos. No wonder there was a problem When I made a claim in they told me contact EVRI who said it was lost No wonder. Emailed them. No response. They conveniently forgot! The must have dumped the item - am worried they fly tipped it
