This has been one of the worst I’ve ever heard, although the item was dispatched allegedly on time the courier Everi never delivered. This is the worst courier you could ever use so we’re awaiting hoping we get a refund at the moment and if Denny continue to use Everi I would avoid

Received Guitar Damaged from EVRI Returned Via EVRI, over a week ago, No Updates from EVRI Well what do you expect EVRI was Compay who delivered guitar Damaged.
Asked for a Refund from Dennyshop Was told I have to wait until they receive it back even thou they have the Return Tracking Number. So I have now Contacted my Bank to cancel Payment

Poor quality control but good customer experience following complaint.
The lid mechanism to the dual bin we ordered was faulty and the underneath of the bin was cracked. However when we complained, the issue was dealt with quickly and a full refund made within two days.

Received our purchase, box was old and filthy, the table was dented so called customer services to complain and arrange a return and refund.
The person i spoke to refused to do any of the above unless I sent in a photo, totally disregarding my consumer rights then he cut me off

Good shelving although they seem a bit flimsy at first, they get their rigidity in the way they are built.

They are almost impossible to assemble…
They are almost impossible to assemble properly, they do not just snap together, the lugs are difficult to get through the loops back through to the same side, theyrecommend using a screwdriver to force them back through. Takes hours to assemble one, I had friends to help and they all struggled. Would drive them to the tip if my partner would let me.

Useful product, good price, quick delivery
We have two ebikes and I felt that a bike stand for maintenance jobs would be useful. The Denny one is stout and well finished. Good value. Already used it successfully.

This was an easy website to navigate and the price was very competitive. My item arrived quickly, as promised and it’s great quality.
