well here we are a week on and still no…
well here we are a week on and still no refund, i have done everything they have asked for, sent the parcel back via the QR code they sent me, sent them all the relevant information of the parcel, sent them proof i have returned the parcel to them, evri havent held the end of the deal up they have either lost it or just not bothered but that is not my fault, be v wary of using this company.

I gave it 5*s last time, not this time
I gave it 5*s last time. A very helpful man rushed my purchase to me, heeding my warning about Evri. I bought another. This time customer services ignored my emails (sent at purchase) warning “Don’t use Evri. They NEVER deliver to me”, said my emails had arrived after despatch (impossible), and, instead of sending another at once by a different courier, said they'd wait and see if it arrived before refunding me, (distrusting my word and ignoring my delivery deadline), sent standard emails, ignored my request for the CEO’s details and altogether behaved in a way that was both high-handed and off-hand. I did get a refund when it didn't arrive. I received some insincere template apologies that did not address the issue. The very helpful man I spoke to the first time should teach Customer Services how to treat returning customers.

We also offered and processed a refund when the parcel was not delivered.

Poor quality product sold
Bought crystals wood splitter but the product is of poor quality and upon my first use the product broke and was not heavy duty as advertised. Due to unforseen circumstances I couldn't use the product immediately as i was waiting in my deliver of cherry wood. Due to being outside the 30 day warranty by a few days, the company will not issue a replacement or refund when it's clear the product was defective.
